We had a fantastic experience at Sapphire. The food was very good across the board. The ceviche was a clear standout—fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. We also tried the Sapphire Salad, which was flavorful and beautifully presented, and the burger, which was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. But what really made the evening special was the exceptional service. Our server was truly the best—attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It's rare to find that level of care and professionalism. We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The hostess Emma was wonderful, she asked our table preference and was quick to seat us accordingly. She also made note of our special occasion which was a special treat. The servers were prompt and attentive. The food was scrumptious and the ambience romantic but informal. Overall, a great night at a great restaurant -- we will surely be back!

A waiter followed me out to my car after I was in it, knocked on window and yelled and tried to shame me for not paying for a glass of wine I didn’t drink at all. Sorry I didn’t drink the nasty wine after one sip and left because of your horrible service. Shouldn’t be in the business. Makes the restaurant look very bad. First and last time here.
Simply put, really great food with an awesome view. Get a reservation for outside and you’ll have a great experience. Apps were great, portions are a good size, and service was good too. They have a “chef’s cocktail” option where if you have option paralysis they’ll just make you something delicious to drink. Will be coming back next time I’m in town!

one of my favorite place in laguna. Even though $$$ on google, but the brunch price is very reasonable. If you don't order drinks, $30/person will get you a very decent meal here.

My wife had the salmon Benedict and was genuinely impressed — generous portion and cooked just right. I went for an almond milk latte, which was another highlight.
