A really nice employee named Michael was busy doing his closing work about 10 minutes after the store closed. Me and my young daughter who desperately wanted a Pink Drink walked up…but the store was closed. I took a chance, and called the store to see if they would make one for her. Michael happily made Holly her Pink Drink, and brought it to the side door with a chocolate chip cookie too!! He didn’t let me pay for either item!! That’s awesome customer service. Starbucks Laguna Beach, CA rarely disappoints!! We stopped in here first thing Sunday morning heading home Thanksgiving 2023 weekend. Everything was perfect, the morning Starbucks guys, our breakfast items and our vanilla lattes. The service was super fast, the place was clean with plenty of seating and you are just across the street from the beach.
Allana is just about the nicest person I have ever met! Love this location, her service was perfect!
