The atmosphere, food and service were lovely. And while slightly overpriced, the venue and experience are the perfect combination with a night at the show. My only real complaint was that my first margarita came with no salt in the rim even though I'd asked specifically. I want it back and the second came back with minimal salt and was very watered down. I didn't end up drinking more than 1/4 of it.

Surprisingly good experience considering this is a temporary restaurant. Service we efficient, food was very good and the location is excellent.

Considering the price, the food was disappointing. They need a better chef. Salmon was a bit dry. The Lamb Shank was not tender and too well done. I had asked for medium rare lamb and was told it would be. The hostesses and servers are all awesome. I would go again only for convenience when I have tickets to the Masters of Pagents. But next time I will only order a salad...it's difficult for a salad to not be ok.

We ate at the restaurant last summer during the Pageant of the Masters and it was wonderful. This year our we were disappointed. The music was so loud we could not speak comfortably to each other. It was very distracting. The service was ok but not outstanding like last year. The waiter last year took his time going over the menu with us and whatever it was we ordered was great. I had the lamb shanks this year and was disappointed because it had no flavor. My husband complained that the chicken he ordered also lacked flavor. We ordered side salads and they were great! We were just disappointed with our main dishes.

My friends and I were excited to have dinner at Terra Laguna before Pageant of the Masters. It was also an our friend's 70th birthday celebration dinner.I understand that there can be issues with “nature” when dining outside but the bees were relentless. Our waiter brought out a candle that was supposed to help with the issue. We spent so much time trying to avoid the bees (I am allergic and fearful of getting stung)that we really couldn't enjoy our meals. The manager came over and brought more candles (they did not work)but refused to move us to another table even though there were other tables open. We just wanted to finish our meals comfortably. This is a late review but hopefully a situation like this will be addressed differently in the future.

The salmon that I had was quite good, but my fiancée's shrimp scampi was only average; and the service was uneven....Still worth our while, especially because of the location.

They will NOT seat a reservation for 1, they make you sit at the bar! Even though there was only 5 occupied tables and an empty restaurant. The bar had 7 very tight bar seats together. I squeezed in and was hit by the chairs to my left and right when anyone moved. They had a major bee problem. Very hazardous for someone allergic to bees. 2 bar staff for restaurant and bar. They did a fabulous job considering the bees and the amount drinks requested. Bread should only be set out if requested. So many baskets got sent back. Calamari and creme brulee was delicious. Overall, would definitely not come back by myself if I can't enjoy a table setting.

Lovely setting over looking the art installations with a hill background. Good selection of items but very pricey. The entrees no longer include a side salad. If you split a meal with someone be prepared to split it yourself at the table. They no longer do that in the kitchen. The rolls are warm and delicious.

This is a lovely outdoor restaurant. We were seated where we could hear the music from the Festival but it was not loud enough to inhibit conversation. The food was very good and we enjoyed a leisurely meal.

We were seated too close to the live band. The noise level was uncomfortably high. They were out of lemonade so when I ordered an "Arnold Palmer" they brought me an ice tea. The Ratatouille was amazing as was the shrimp cocktail. Our friends very much enjoyed the chicken dinner and the creme brulle. The location is very convenient to the Pageant of the Masters. The ambiance was beautiful while at the same time we felt the music was "pounding" on us.

Food came out very fast after ordering. They wouldn't sub broccoli for asparagus on the steak dinner - an odd refusal. The chicken dinner was delivered without one of the sides, and the manager wasn't very well versed on the menu or offer any reasonable explanation for the refusal to sub a veggie or why the meal was missing part of the menu items. Salmon dinner was good but rice was lukewarm. Wine was good. Dessert was OK. It could've been great, too! Maybe next time.

This is a great place if you will be attending the Pageant of Masters and want to eat dinner at the typical times of 6 to 7 PM. Being only steps away from the entrance of the amphitheater, certainly makes it convenient. It is almost all a-fresco dining, so the cool night air makes for an enjoyable ambiance. The food is good, but not ground breaking. I had the salmon, which was unremarkable. My wife had the steak and our friend had the pasta. They had a similar review - certainly tasted fine. The prices were not unreasonable given the venue and convenience. The service was solid. The main draw for the restaurant is the proximity for the Pageant. if one values gastronomic delights over convenience, then it might be better to eat at other places in Laguna and get to the Pageant in time for the show.

We shared an order of calamari - the pieces were quite small and kind of overcooked/dehydrated, flavor was fine. I had the salmon which was average. My husband had the lamb shank, which he said was very good. We shared a crème brûlée for dessert, I thought it was OK, but my husband didm't think it was that good. The bread was very good - crusty on the outside and soft inside. Our server (Joshua Y.) was amazing and very attentive. Location is always great before attending the performance.

We made reservations before pageant of the masters. We were seated up at the top level all alone with tables open down in the main area. There were bees everywhere and it was not enjoyable. Our server did not have knowledge of the menu and could not answer certain dietary questions but did not offer to find out the answers. We ordered the vegan pasta for $34 it was not good at all- not enough sauce and tasted awful, the salad and appetizer came with a lot of cheese which we asked not to have it on our plates.

Ordered the hangar steak med rare. Came to the table tough & well done. Delightful server brought another one but the meat was very tough. Issue with swarming bees all around our food. It was literally impossible to enjoy our meal. Finally gave up & didn't finish our dinner. Our server mentioned the bees was an issue but I think mgmt should do something about this problem.
