We enjoy eating here every year but we also find the service to be an issue (most likely because they are only a seasonal restaurant). We had a 6:30 reservation. We were not seated until 6:55. We sat at our table until 7:15 before anyone came to take a drink order. We never got water or bread. Three people told us we would get bread but we still did not get it. We got our appetizers and dinner but still no drinks. Drinks arrived as we were almost finished eating as did the bread (which was fresh baked and delicious). They forgot to bring my husband his beer when they finally brought our drinks. When they finally gave it to him it was in a can. Unopened. No glass. We had to laugh. The food was actually quite good and our waitress was a lovely young girl. I think they need better management and training and more staff. A shout out to the hostess who literally bussed the table to get us seated.

Great service and wonderful ambiance. The food was a bit sub par but the staff totally made up for it.

This is a lovely terrace restaurant open only in the summers, mainly to serve the patrons of the pageant of the masters and festival of the arts. The location on the grounds of the festival of the arts makes it ideal for a stroll through the paintings and sculptures or an evening performance of the pageant. We had an excellent server who suggested a wine that we all were thrilled with —we had the chicken kebabs, buratta salad and salmon, and everyone was very happy with their dishes.

We were here for the Pageant of the Masters. Always eat in town but decided to change it up and try the Terra. Ambiance setting was perfect, food was great, service was good. Food was tasty and portions good. Definitely would do it again.

Venue unique, Staff friendly. Overall great experience. Nay and Hector behind the bar Excellent.

The rolls and Austin Hope was great. Steak ordered was returned 3 times due to still cold in the center. Pasta had so little marinara on it. The shrimp had a strange mushy texture that made it inedible. This was not the first time we have had poor quality food at Terra but it will be the last.

Not as good as last year's experience. Food not as good. Calamari was a bit tuff, salad was OK, Not much meat on lamb riblets. Drinks were higher priced. We had 2 Dirty salad plates on table. Staff was fiendly, atmosphere/music was excellent. Disappointing from prior year.

Horrible from the start. They sat 6 tables in the same area at the same time. They Waitress skipped over us for 30minutes before a nice waitress helper helped out found her and brought her to our table. The order took another 40 minutes until we found a manager who checked on it and final brought it out. The steak and salmon were hot but he vegitabled were ice cold. We are usually able to eat and then tour the art festival before going to the show. This time it took from 6:30 to finally finish and pay for our meal at 8:20 Pm to rush for the show.

Excellent espresso martinis, meh dessert. Food itself looked decent but I didn’t have any.

Food was pretty tasty and our server, Devin, was very nice. It's a bit over-priced for the quality, but that's expected at a festival/show venue. The knock-down on rating is mostly due to the sun. There are maybe 30% shaded tables here... and when we asked to move, our server checked with the hostess and they couldn't move us. (There were mannnny open tables in the shade.) Instead, they had this poor guy lug an umbrella to us, but it helped for about 10 mins. We rushed our food and left sunburned. Just as we left, another couple came in to the table next to us, and asked to be moved - they were quickly accommodated! What the hell? Anyhow - if you're coming for the pageant and want an early dinner like we did, make sure you get shade and you'll be okay.

The atmosphere, food and service were lovely. And while slightly overpriced, the venue and experience are the perfect combination with a night at the show. My only real complaint was that my first margarita came with no salt in the rim even though I'd asked specifically. I want it back and the second came back with minimal salt and was very watered down. I didn't end up drinking more than 1/4 of it.

Surprisingly good experience considering this is a temporary restaurant. Service we efficient, food was very good and the location is excellent.

Considering the price, the food was disappointing. They need a better chef. Salmon was a bit dry. The Lamb Shank was not tender and too well done. I had asked for medium rare lamb and was told it would be. The hostesses and servers are all awesome. I would go again only for convenience when I have tickets to the Masters of Pagents. But next time I will only order a salad...it's difficult for a salad to not be ok.

We ate at the restaurant last summer during the Pageant of the Masters and it was wonderful. This year our we were disappointed. The music was so loud we could not speak comfortably to each other. It was very distracting. The service was ok but not outstanding like last year. The waiter last year took his time going over the menu with us and whatever it was we ordered was great. I had the lamb shanks this year and was disappointed because it had no flavor. My husband complained that the chicken he ordered also lacked flavor. We ordered side salads and they were great! We were just disappointed with our main dishes.

My friends and I were excited to have dinner at Terra Laguna before Pageant of the Masters. It was also an our friend's 70th birthday celebration dinner.I understand that there can be issues with “nature” when dining outside but the bees were relentless. Our waiter brought out a candle that was supposed to help with the issue. We spent so much time trying to avoid the bees (I am allergic and fearful of getting stung)that we really couldn't enjoy our meals. The manager came over and brought more candles (they did not work)but refused to move us to another table even though there were other tables open. We just wanted to finish our meals comfortably. This is a late review but hopefully a situation like this will be addressed differently in the future.
