We have been dining at Greeters for 30 years and the view, chill atmosphere, service and food is great! Shout out to Ati!! She always makes us feel special!!!
Prefer it for breakfast, over lunch and dinner when there's Very strange pricing (Everything is priced in the high $20s... doesn't seem to matter what it is- burger or whatever). In other words, Most of it is way overpriced for a very casual place. I like the funkyish dining room, and the patio is in a wonderful location right on Main Beach, but be careful of intense, under-shaded sun.
Nice restarunt but pricey for the food they servie. No restarunt parking available. Street parking is 3-6 dollars an hour, so plan on spending $250 for a party of 4.
The service, food and view was great. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Our server was very polite and attentive.
The food is gross! The coffee is cold! The service is the worst! THE PRICES ARE CRAZY! STAY AWAY!

We really enjoyed eating here! The location is amazing as it’s right off of Main Beach and Forest Ave. We sat outside and watched the beautiful sunset. The waiter, host, and manager were so kind to us! They each chatted with us which was so nice, but they also gave us space to eat and enjoy each others company. The food was VERY good! The whole experience is worth the price for sure! I haven’t had that amazing sunset view from a restaurant and the food was so good! I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!
A side note, we actually had been recommended a sports bar and grill across the street. We are in our 20’s with 2 kids, and had to leave before we even ordered. We decided on the Greeters Corner and I’m so happy we did! We wouldn’t have gotten to see the sunset from our table or had a quiet and relaxing dinner at the other place. Absolutely pleased with this place!

We arrived mid-afternoon, and the server was very vocal with the host regarding the time she was scheduled to be off, and we reassured her that we were on a time crunch as well and would be quick to order, eat, and go! The location is awesome with the outdoor seating and beachfront property, and we were eating light because we had dinner plans with family, so salads and beverages should make our server happy! When it came time to pay the bill, we were not given the bill to check it like every other restaurant in the western civilization, even fast food restaurants ask if you want a receipt.
For us, our server came back with a number that sounded more like a suggestion than a list of facts about the transaction. I noticed she had the bill (or rather a bill) in her hand and I tried to look at it but was instead given the " what are you looking at" stare of disgust and looked back at my wife for protection. The numbers instantly made a red flag appear in both our minds, but paid and left quickly due to our time restraints.
But, less than a block away, all the numbers were added up in my subconscious and I wanted to run back and become the epitome of a tourist who has just been robbed but couldn't do a damn thing about it.
Here's the facts:
Caesar salad $15.95 with rubbered shrimp $8.95 more.
Second salad was nearly the same price which equals approximately $50. We did order the late arrival of a side of garlic bread and 1 $7 non-alcoholic beer.
Our magic total on our invisible bill was exactly $75... Which seems impossible with the 95¢ after each whole dollar value.
So either the sales tax in that exact spot is higher than any other physical dwelling in California, or the garlic toast is EXACTLY $20.15 to equal to exactly $75. Neither is likely the truth, but I will allow you to put two and two together; hopefully better than the server who probably had a$34.95 extra for that transaction ( yes, we tipped on top of the $75😔). Great place, if you bring your own food and/or calculator and accountant 😁

great view but rude server.. small orange juice/ ice tea came out to $17 ..
The view is the best part. The food was perfectly adequate but the quiet view of an amazing sunset made it worth every penny. If you are OK with average bar food and just want to relax next to some street entertainment and a relaxing view, this is a good place for you.

We had dinner here and sat on the patio. The location was great and views of the beach were perfect. Alma helped us and she was so nice.
Nice, filling breakfast with a view that can't be beat. The server was attentive and offered a gluten free option when asked. I had the avocado omelette and it was plentiful and tasty.
