The management of this establishment is appalling. The place looks dirty and like it's falling apart. The very kind teens who work there run the place themselves from the look of it. Bottom line, the manager refused to provide a refund, coupon, discount or replacement for about a half-packed carton of ice cream. The employee kindly offered to remedy the situation but then management said that they aren't authorized to offer that.. We paid almost $14 for 1 lb of ice cream - photo included (charged for 1 lb 8 oz). Our family have been frequent customers of this location for years now and won't be going back.

For$46, we got a small B-Day cake. What we ordered was white cake and cookie dough, but what we got was chocolate cake. It is not a problem you would think, but our son detests chocolate cake!! You don’t know what u get until you cut into it!! Simple instructions were not followed!! The ice cream was not impressive either as we both thought it was sitting in freezer a long time and not the best tasting. 1st time customer at this place and now that only time.

Really great homemade ice cream at a comparatively reasonable price. I had the double chocolate and strawberry shortcake flavours, for 5 dollars. There are also some fairly exotic flavours which I will try next time, mostly things like rosewater. While it doesn't have all of the added ingredient options of other places, it doesn't need them! very pleased I came here instead of coldstone creamery/some other big chain.
