Stopped by Baskin Robbins this evening for a treat. We were greeted by Asha who was professional, kind and efficient. We each got a cup with my wife enjoying pralines and cream while I had rocky road and pistachio. Great ice cream and service. Recommended

Wish I could give 0 stars. It was so nice of them not to honor a Baskin-Robbins coupon 30 min before the closed. Even though my coupon wasn't expired. Which is always nice when you're disabled in a wheelchair. It's hard enough to find a ride down there. I was told the coupon can't be used on shakes or smoothies within 30 mins of the store closing. I guess the employee's are too lazy to clean the machines after they close. Complained to corporate and they said a manager would contact me. But they never did. What a surprise. Will be telling everybody I meet, Don't ever go to this location. It's a shame that this was my first time experience with this location. Will never go to this location again.

The management of this establishment is appalling. The place looks dirty and like it's falling apart. The very kind teens who work there run the place themselves from the look of it. Bottom line, the manager refused to provide a refund, coupon, discount or replacement for about a half-packed carton of ice cream. The employee kindly offered to remedy the situation but then management said that they aren't authorized to offer that.. We paid almost $14 for 1 lb of ice cream - photo included (charged for 1 lb 8 oz). Our family have been frequent customers of this location for years now and won't be going back.

For$46, we got a small B-Day cake. What we ordered was white cake and cookie dough, but what we got was chocolate cake. It is not a problem you would think, but our son detests chocolate cake!! You don’t know what u get until you cut into it!! Simple instructions were not followed!! The ice cream was not impressive either as we both thought it was sitting in freezer a long time and not the best tasting. 1st time customer at this place and now that only time.
