The employee was great, but you need to lose the automated system at the drive through. There’s very low traffic whenever I go there and no need to take a human out of that position since they aren’t doing anything else while I order. The automated system gets things wrong and doesn’t understand promotions or “deals” that are advertised

I grabbed 3 meals here and it was $49. I know things are expensive, but it just wasn't worth it. Food was ok, but I've had better. If I need something quick, I'll grab Taco Bell next time.

I didn't eat Carls Jr for a long time, I'm generally very unused to the fact that the Drive thru treatment is very unfriendly anywhere at night; but this time they treated me wonderfully, she told me her name was Paula and also my food is super delicious, I will always return. Congratulations to this branch
