They have a nice menu and product but are unreliable. They aren’t open when the sign says they will be and when they are, the boba isn’t ready to serve for another 30 minutes. They just aren’t being managed well. I’ve switched to the boba across the street.

Amazing boba and tea! ChaPlus makes the best boba you’ll have in California and their Thai tea is perfection. The staff are friendly and the ambiance is cozy and welcoming. Highly recommended

I heard about Chaplus on Instagram and since it’s so close to my house I had to stop by. The service was super friendly and the employee (who I believe is one of the owners) helped me decide on a drink. The beverages are all about the average market price for milk teas in OC, but they do offer a rewards program. When my drink was ready, the employee came out with two drinks, having accidentally made it first with the wrong tea. I for one am not one of complain or deny someone’s...
