Their new policy of one mobile order redemption per person needs to get changed. I understand the need for this to prevent people from getting multiple redemptions but what about customers that aren’t able to pick it up like my wife that was in labor and delivery? I’m very disappointed this wasn’t an exception to getting an order for her even though she ordered fries along with it.

I had their chicken salad because it was the most reasonably priced item on their menu. Salad was fresh & tasted great... but the chicken strips tasted like they were fried in old oil, it had a bitter aftertaste. Not going back🫤

They are treating customers like criminals. Placed four orders on four phones and they wouldn’t give it to me even though I brought four phones. They told me they need to see four bodies. Totally ruined my lunch. Never going back to this location. Contacted corporate as well.

Fast, friendly, consistent, affordable. What more can you ask for? Use the mobile app for easy ordering and some bonuses/discounts. The salad options are actually quite good, reasonably priced and quite filling. The chocolate chip cookie is always a favorite, the brownie is good, the seasonal shakes are always excellent. Breakfast options are quite good as well, certainly better than other fast food options, I like the biscuit sandwich.
Very bad experience, not the one to usually complain but I had to wait until the girls at the drive thru played rock paper scissors to take my order. Then they get my order wrong when I clearly told the girl twice that I wanted 8 BREADED nuggets not grilled. I didn't realize my order was wrong till I got home. Talked to the shift lead Roger who was another teenager who said he couldn't do anything even though I showed proof of my receipt and that I didn't eat it. I was not even asking for a refund just the correct nuggets but couldn't even accommodate that. Used to be my goto location. Not coming back.
