Good place for kids. They always 1 short on workers so there's a minor wait on everything (e.g. entry, exit, purchasing, redemption). Not a fault of the workers.
This place needs more game, ambient is outdated and men bathroom needs tending, stench, sewage smell very bad
Great location and pricing for birthdays, would love more games though!
Service is slow especially during weekends. It could get really busy with all birthday parties etc. Otherwise good food. Slightly expensive than usual
30% of the games don’t work or are out of service. The ‘salad bar’ had days old lettuce, and bad spinach. Staff wasn’t friendly, not even a smile. The Chuck E. Cheese show was 3 minutes by a Chuckie that acted lethargic and unenthusiastic. Best of all, the two kids we brought here were jumping around and finally the staff interacted with us… to tell our kids to get out of the jump area because we had to pay $20 extra per kid… what?
This location is clean, the people are nice, but I do wish they opened earlier at 10am because little kids need something in the morning to do. Sometimes there are some games that aren’t working.
Had a bad experience with a worker here today! I haven't been here in a while and didn't know that the jumping was paid separately! Which is fine . Both my 3 and 6 year old went in with other kids this worker came over and told them to get out and proceeded to tell us parent its was 20 dollars which i was going to pay but of course my 6 year old with autism adhd and anxiety didn't comprehend what was going on so she was no longer in the jumper as I was explaining to her what was going on this worker comes over and ignores me that i am speaking to my daughter and approaches her and tells her to get out ! So immediately i confronted this worker and explained that she has autism and needs to be explained better and as doing it and i told her i was handling it and she didn't have to come over and tell her while im speaking to her to get out this worker then gets confrontational and tells me to stop yelling at her which I wasn't at any point . I did speak to the manager and told her everything she apologized. Told me she was a minor ( the worker ) minor or not shes a staff member and maybe needs a bit more training in situations like this ! Never again will I come to this location! i am not a person to complain ever but in this situation and with a child and instead of apologizing arguing with me is not good customer service!!
All amazing games ,very clean ,helpful and wonderful staff . Enjoyed a lot .thank you 😊
My daughter LOVES this place! The staff is extremely nice. Food is good and the games are up to date!
I came for my daughter’s birthday party and the staff was horribly rude. They forgot about the extra tickets for guest’s cards and denied them when guests asked. They are also not autism friendly and don’t treat children with respect. All the staff looked miserable.

I came here the other day and we were given a not so good experience by the manager. I came here for a birthday party and I got second hand embarrassment for this establishment for the way they handled mistakes that were cause by THEIR employees, (Raw Pizza). Manager is far from kind, and runs from accountability. Please
Go to another location. Save your time.
I came here for my little sister’s birthday party and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. The pizza was brought out cold, and we waited way too long for the food in general. When I let the manager know, she was extremely rude and gave me attitude instead of trying to make things right.
A birthday party is supposed to feel special, but this location completely dropped the ball. Between the long wait, the cold food, and the unprofessional service, I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a party. Definitely not worth the money or the stress.
First time coming to this location today. It’s Saturday so as expected it was fairly busy but was not crowded. Really spacious with lots of games and plenty of seating/tables, and really clean restrooms (which is rare for a Chuck E. Cheese, lol). This is also the first Chuck E. Cheese we’ve been to that has a small playground/trampoline play zone.
Only cons I have are parking lot can get pretty full just because of all the other surrounding shops and the playground is a bit pricey ($20/child) for how small it is.
Definitely the best location we’ve ever been to and will definitely be coming back here again. Overall 5 ⭐️
Very poor security. Not enough staff so the door was always unattended. People free to walk in or out... very dangerous. No one checking stamps. Will not be returning as this is a huge safety issue.
I'm too old for this place. Pizza is good. Needs more video games.
