I came for my daughter’s birthday party and the staff was horribly rude. They forgot about the extra tickets for guest’s cards and denied them when guests asked. They are also not autism friendly and don’t treat children with respect. All the staff looked miserable.
I came here the other day and we were given a not so good experience by the manager. I came here for a birthday party and I got second hand embarrassment for this establishment for the way they handled mistakes that were cause by THEIR employees, (Raw Pizza). Manager is far from kind, and runs from accountability. Please
Go to another location. Save your time.
I came here for my little sister’s birthday party and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. The pizza was brought out cold, and we waited way too long for the food in general. When I let the manager know, she was extremely rude and gave me attitude instead of trying to make things right.
A birthday party is supposed to feel special, but this location completely dropped the ball. Between the long wait, the cold food, and the unprofessional service, I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a party. Definitely not worth the money or the stress.
First time coming to this location today. It’s Saturday so as expected it was fairly busy but was not crowded. Really spacious with lots of games and plenty of seating/tables, and really clean restrooms (which is rare for a Chuck E. Cheese, lol). This is also the first Chuck E. Cheese we’ve been to that has a small playground/trampoline play zone.
Only cons I have are parking lot can get pretty full just because of all the other surrounding shops and the playground is a bit pricey ($20/child) for how small it is.
Definitely the best location we’ve ever been to and will definitely be coming back here again. Overall 5 ⭐️
Very poor security. Not enough staff so the door was always unattended. People free to walk in or out... very dangerous. No one checking stamps. Will not be returning as this is a huge safety issue.
I'm too old for this place. Pizza is good. Needs more video games.
We went to celebrate our son’s 4th birthday. This location was super clean and very inviting. There was a little rush of after school kiddos and not enough staff. We waited over 30 mins (maybe more) for our food. Everything was super welcoming and I would have giving 5 stars all around, except for the fact that they were not staffed for the rush and we had to wait.

Really great for the kids, honestly we got the gold pass for $29.99 a month on a 12 month commitment. We get 250 points and we get 50% on food and drink, even if want to buy additional points!

The restrooms are in very poor condition—there are no napkins or toilet paper, the sinks are dirty, and there are issues with the faucets. I was stuck there for 30 minutes.

The pizza was delicious! The fries could have been cooked a little more, but other than that, it was good. I definitely appreciated the consideration they took in the children's safety. Had a great time! Would love to come back. Also staff was friendly and it was clean.
