Slow service. And it’s not right to keep making the drive-through orders that were placed after dine in orders!!! There were five dine-in customers waiting at the pick up line. Everyone felt mistreated and was complaining.

5 stars service from Hailey! I stopped by Dunkin’ planning to just grab a coffee, but when I opened the mobile app, I noticed a $3 medium refresher offer. I wasn’t sure how to use the coupon on the app, but Hailey was so kind and patient in explaining the app interface and even helped me complete the order at the counter. Such warm and helpful service really made my day—thank you, Hailey!

I ordered for a hot regular coffee and they served the coffee that was not fresh-brewed. This is the not the first time. This is the 3rd time in the last 10 days. All the times, I had been served by the same person who I think is the owner of this location. I had been a regular customer of this location for so long. In fact I went there during the morning prime hours. They are taking advantage of the fact that there is not another location close enough and they take regular customers for granted.

The lady at the front taking orders was so rude. Not only to me, but to other customers, she was being extremely combative and belittling. Unfortunately she had zero customer service skills. I walked out without even making an order as she was yelling at a previous customer for a mistake that she had made on his order. I can guarantee you I will take my business to any donut store other than dunkin.
