I see that they have new employees. That's a plus ,the last ones would stop Saling chicken before 8 pm and they do t close till 11pm .now there's chicken all the way till you close and some .clean place good food and gre a t service..........

On Saturday morning I went to Pollo Loco for a family meal and the cashier Omar was very kind to me and had a very nice smile. Everything was perfect. The chicken, beans and rice were all super delicious. I will go to Pollo Loco more times. Excellent cashier.

Glad to see that Evelyn, the most recent mgr who provides excellent customer service, is still there. The staffing consistency really helps. The team seems to work well together and the food is back on track - super tasty. Thank you.
