Well originally I didn’t like going to this place because the front person was not very friendly. However we decided to give this place another chance when they introduced their new spicy flavor. Now we either order it online or subversive will go and pick up our order because the new flavor is delicious. It has become our new work favorite.

This Flame Broiler location is extremely filthy and has a pungent unpleasant smell. The chicken was dry in the portion was smaller than what I've been getting in other Flame Broiler locations. What a let down. The Asian lady taking my order was rushing me the whole time.

I love Flame Broiler but at each location the quality of food and service can vary widely from mediocre to horrible. I visited this location on Moulton for the first time tonight and by far the best quality. I got a mini bowl with rice & beef & vegi's. The rice was moist and fluffy, the beef cooked as you order and super tender. The vegi's crisp and flavorful. By far the best bowl I've had at Flame Broiler. Bonus, the staff was friendly. Definately will come back to this location. I normally don't write reviews but I was so impressed I had to write this review.

How does one even begin when employees HUMILIATE and degrade an elderly innocent man accusing him of stealing HOT SAUCE. HOT SAUCE. I am appalled and disgusted. That man deserves an APOLOGY immediately.

really rude employees. i ordered my food and the woman's let me know the tofu needed to be cooked. I sar down and waited. I watched the man poir shredded meat out of a plastic bag and then dump it onto the stove. He used the same utensils to cook my tofu. I asked if he could not do that since I do not eat meat. They both smiled and apologized. I said sorry and thanked them too. The lady the turned to the customer she was with and said "sorry some customers are so difficult." I'm literally 19 like I asked so politely and I grabbed my food nicely. I then said i didn't appreciate being called difficult to another customer in front of my face. It's just really rude of her to say that right in front of me. I wasn't snobby at all but I sure didn't tip after that. they both started to like loudly talk over me when I said i didn't appreciate that.

Pure quality! My son and I love this place. Sticky white rice topped with “half and half” chicken and steak and “magic” sauce that is the best! Consistently cooked perfectly. I heard it’s Korean inspired fast food. Might be closed on weekends check the hours.

I ordered 2 minis from here over the phone and when i got there they said they don't take over the phone orders. I also asked for white meat and got dark meat so my whole lunch was ruined for my mother. I had to wait outside in line to reorder my food. the place is so small so it was packed.
