What's up with the pine sol smell? The minute you walk on your hit with that cleaning chemical smell....the price you pay is so not worth it! Golden Spoon is cheaper and is way higher quality ! Do on waste your money it all tastes artificial and overly sweet!

Fluffy Bear Bubble Tea is one of the best bubble tea spot I've ever visited! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing with friends or getting some work done. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of flavors and toppings that cater to all tastes. Every drink I've tried has been perfectly balanced, with the right amount of sweetness and an abundance of fresh, chewy tapioca pearls. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. Whether you're a bubble tea enthusiast or trying it for the first time, Fluffy Bear Bubble Tea is a must-visit.

The atmosphere of this place is nicely decorated, although some tables felt a bit crammed. The customer service was okay; when I mentioned it was my first time, the cashier could have explained the menu. The drinks were really good, the milkshake was tasty, and the ice cream was okay. Since we didn't try any food, I can't comment on that, but overall, it was a good experience.

Went here thinking they had good reviews. Definitely a marketing trap place. The ice cream was too sweet. I ordered a bubble cone and when the person taking the order made the mistake of not including it they didn’t try to make it right. Food was beyond sugary. Won’t come back here. Total order ended up being over $30 for not great quality. Ugh.

Really nice and fun location! Lots of photo ops inside with the fun neon lighting. Since last time I went they are now collaborating with Pengo and you can order from fluffy bear or Pengo at the counter. The menu has just about everything you would want from boba to ice cream and desserts. I love the soft serve! This is definitely a little hidden gem in Laguna hills.

Don't fall into the marketing trap. First, Fluffy Bear has closed down. So all the pictures you see are from a company that went out of business. Pengo took over and used Fluffy Bear in the name (I guess because they kept a small portion of the ice cream business)? The place is filthy. The front door looks like a dog slobbered all over it head to toe.The whole place smells like Pine Sol, but isn't clean at all. The bathrooms are filthy.Staff are a 2/5 on the friendly scale.Ice cream left a lot to be desired...definitely great pics from the past company.

I don’t like the way they make their drinks. It’s way too sweet. They don’t have teas by itself here, everything is pre-mixed with milk. I also don’t appreciate the greedy, tiny amount of boba that the drinks have. I was so shocked to see how little boba my drink had. I truly hate places that do that. They literally added about 6 balls of boba in my drink. That is why I am giving a zero star. The cashier was unknowledgeable about the menu & didn’t seem to care.

I wanted to like this place because the pictures of the food and drinks really sold me. The Thai tea was ok, though there were several cons that outweighed the pros: The garlic fries were so undercooked that they were glued together, wet, greasy and mushy. The taro snow was underwhelming in flavor and extremely overpriced for the size, and one of the fruit drinks we ordered tasted like rotten fruit so we had to throw it away. Not sure if I’d be back any time soon knowing there are better boba and ice cream places nearby.

I went here due to the positive review. I order bubble toro milk tea and bubble milk tea which cost $24. I have it half sugared but it was so sweet it taste like syrups. The toro milktea tasted especially horrifying, very sweet and feels like artificial sweeteners.
