Fluffy Bear Bubble Tea is one of the best bubble tea spot I've ever visited! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing with friends or getting some work done. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of flavors and toppings that cater to all tastes. Every drink I've tried has been perfectly balanced, with the right amount of sweetness and an abundance of fresh, chewy tapioca pearls. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way...
The atmosphere of this place is nicely decorated, although some tables felt a bit crammed. The customer service was okay; when I mentioned it was my first time, the cashier could have explained the menu. The drinks were really good, the milkshake was tasty, and the ice cream was okay. Since we didn't try any food, I can't comment on that, but overall, it was a good experience.
