Disappointing Experience at In-N-Out in Laguna HillsMy visit to In-N-Out on El Toro on May 3rd at 7:30 p.m. left me thoroughly disappointed. From the moment the food arrived at the table, it was clear something was amiss. The buns were burnt, the fries overdone with air pockets, and nothing seemed fresh. With out-of-town guests eager to experience In-N-Out before heading home, this visit became our last stop—a decision met with underwhelming results. Our guests, once excited, left unimpressed, vowing not to return. Regrettably, we share their sentiment and won't be revisiting El Toro's In-N-Out anytime soon. It's imperative for In-N-Out to address these issues and strive for better consistency and quality.
