Wait can be a long even if you call in an order but the food is good. Poor guy working there needs help

I ordered from here because I was craving yellow curry and my regular Thai spot isn't on doordash and I wanted to order it for delivery so I gave this place a shot. The yellow curry with chicken was fine, not bad at all but nothing special either.

The food is BEAUTIFUL. My friend and I order the yellow curry and pad thai so often, and they never fail to hit the spot. Literally heals our souls. BLESS YOU ALL.

Very good food. Will be back for more. Recommend their red curry and basil fried rice.

I wanted to try the "real" national dish of Thailand, Pad Kra Pao. Sometimes spelled Pad Gaprao, it is a super spicy, super simple stir-fry of ground meat (usually pork or chicken) and lots of red Thai peppers and garlic ground together into a paste. This base is added to a wok with some onions soy and oyster sauce and then fried on high heat. Add a huge handful of fresh basil leaves, wilt them, and serve over rice with prik nam pla on the side to garnish and make even spicier if desired! The real, everyday taste of Thailand! That's what I ordered, and asked for it extra spicy. What I received was a bizarre tasteless brown mush with no ground pork, just chinese-style "velveted" slices, tons of button mushrooms of all things, and a few scraps of basil. I did get the required fried egg on top, but that cost extra. Absolutely zero Thai peppers or Thai anything. I ordered to go, as this place is basically just a walk-up, which is fine. But received absolutely no sauce to add, which since it was tasteless was desperately needed. The rice portion was pretty skimpy as well, sad. $20 dollars spent, and I still haven't actually tried Thailand's national dish. I'll try another South OC place soon!

Didn't want to cook so I ordered dinner from here. I was not disappointed. It was so good and I had the leftovers for my lunch the following day.

Lunch at 3:00. Why not go Thai? So we did. The selection was a safe line up. There was nothing extraordinary to separate them from other regular Thai places. So safe , we ordered the safe bets. Tom Yum with shrimp for me. The shrimp; I could tell was something out of a bag of frozen shrimp. No flavor. Not even the soup can cover that frozen taste. The use of the frozen bag of shrimps seems to be trending in a lot of Thai places Please guys, use fresh shrimp when you do Asian food. Yellow curry for the hubby, who had to search for the 2 or 3 protein strips because all he can dig were carrots and potatoes. It was a let down. We are willing to pay . If we ordered meat, make us taste it. If we went vegan we would let you know: Noodles for the daughter. She must be so hungry. She said she liked it. Fish for the family. Shareable for three.Turns out it tasted like chicken nuggets. It was coated in so much breading, you can barely taste the fish.Maybe another bag of frozen fish. What is going on? Service not that great. Maybe it's the lazy time of the day? I will give some grace. I will try a second chance . Maybe at their busiest. Why not? It does not taste bad. It was just so ... bland.

Very solid Thai. A bit overpriced for the portion, but most of them are, just an inflation problem. Pad see ew, Panang beef, green curry all excellent. Teriyaki too sweet. We always pay for extra veg in our curries, which adds more cost, which we do at every Thai restaurant. Great flavors, spicy if you ask.

Luckily there are many choices for Thai food in south Orange County. Oftentimes dishes from other restaurants taste very similar and the texture seems slightly mushy. We were excited to try Khao Hom Thai Bistro. Ordering from Khao Hom allows you to select the protein with their dishes. We had Pad Thai with tofu; yellow curry with pork; spicy eggplant with beef; and chicken satay. Everything tasted very fresh and cooked to order. The veggies in the Pad Thai were fresh with crunchy bean sprouts. The spicy eggplant had large pieces of eggplant that were very fresh in taste and firmness. The yellow curry with pork had the perfect amount of spice and was very comforting. I think we've found our favorite spot to order Thai food from. Enjoy!

I knew this place was gonna be good the moment I saw the owner's kid working in the back.

We've only ordered here from Door Dash. Prices are a couple bucks lower than other local Thai restaurants. Everything we've had from here has been good/average (pad thai, pad see ew, kapow gai sub- ground chicken stirfry), although my wife says the red curry wasn't flavorful enough. We do like their papaya salad and cream cheese wontons a lot. Overall, I say you get a decent dish for a relatively good price.

I loved finding this little Thai bistro! My parents live in the neighborhood right behind here and I never knew this was there but I am so happy I now have such a tasty Thai restaurant close by us. The staff is super friendly as well. It didn't seem too busy but we were dining in and so many people came to pick up their takeout. I now know why, because everything there is so yummy! Thank you for sharing such yummy food with us. Can't wait to come back.

We ordered Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, Pad See Ew and Egg Rolls to-go and it was PIPING hot so fresh and so delicious. Let alone we ordered this take out for Christmas dinner (and seemed like everyone in Aliso had the same idea as us) and they did not disappoint! The wait time was reasonable given the holiday, the staff was incredibly kind and we'll definitely be going back very soon.
