Sad to see this establishment empty and food quality drop so much. Ate baked green mussels, beef teriyaki with crunch roll and the salad was the best part of the meal. Definitely avoiding this place in the future, very disappointed.

Terrible experience here. Had a reservation and they still made us wait nearly 20 mins. When I asked what’s going on, they were rude and didn’t seat us. We walked out and honestly, glad we did. While waiting, it smelled like the fish has gone bad. A few people walked out with us as well saying the same thing. I think we dodged a bullet.

Everything we had was really delicious they're tempura was so light and fluffy and crunchy and fresh as were the other dishes. Service was perfect, both times.. twas my second time going there because I was craving that Crunchyroll!

Our lunch experience at Kin Sushi is 💯 amazing and delicious. Chef Kee is an excellent sushi chef Thank You Kee. The service is absolutely fantastic Thank You Taizy. Pricing is very reasonable and worth of penny.
Their food is ok, it’s a neighborhood sushi place, nothing outstanding but no qualms. The service however was the worst! I placed a carry out pickup order, arrived on time, and had to wait ***24 minutes!*** for my order. A crowd of people like me, waiving their phones with long overdue orders, waiters running around chaotically, cooks behind the counter, nervous and running behind. It’s one thing to TAKE an order, it’s a different thing to FULFILL the order. My last time coming to, or ordering from this place.

Had the lunch bento box (tempura and Alaska roll) and premium roll (fat roll) with sushi combo.
Total for 2 people came out to $40 without tip.
The rolls are really good, but the nigiri was just ok. Vegetables in tempura were also undercooked.
Would come back only because lunch prices are cheap.

Going home Saturday evening after spending the day at Japanese Festival in OC. Stopped by Kin Sushi for dinner. Atmosphere was comfortable and restaurant was clean. Chicken Udon, Beef Teriyaki, and Goyza were good and would reorder if we return. Spicy Yellowtail and Spicy Tuna cut rolls were 'soft' and didn't seem 'fresh'. They stuck to the plate and fell apart when picking up with chopsticks. Service was excellent! It was as if they were watching over you. There when you needed or wanted something and out of sight when you didn't.
