Tatsu has been our favourite sushi chef for 30 years. He serves Omakase that is so amazing! We love every dish.

I’ve been looking for my new spot for a minute and after two dinners at Kotobuki I think I’ve found it. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had, chef Yasu is a master of his craft.

The fish is so fresh, delicious and tender! For the amount of food that you get, which is a lot on the two item combo, it's a great deal! Sushi was also delicious and fresh. Service was excellent and fast. Love this place!

First time eating here and it did not disappoint. I ordered the sexy roll and it was delicious 🤤 . A great combination of crunchy and spicy. I also ordered miso soup and so far one of my favorites , so savory definitely recommend this restaurant. Wonderful service, i will definitely come back.

The food is outstanding Japanese cuisine in a newly remodeled modern Japanese style restaurant with Japanese sushi masters! We enjoyed an excellent dinner.
We were traveling through and saw Kotobuki after stopping at REI. They let us order to go even though they were closing. Sushi was great. Highly recommend!
