After we sat down and ordered, the guy told us we needed to leave. As we were eating we we told again that we needed to leave now, in the middle of our meal. So we got up to leave and ask to refill our drink and then the guy said he couldn't do that for someone who would not leave???
We were leaving in the middle of our meal when we were asked to leave!
Needless to say, we will not return to that store again!!

Spanish speaking lady who gave us our order had forgotten our drink so she went back to get it, then we asked for creamer and sugar and she was extremely rude! She said that she couldn't be going back and forth and gave attitude as if it was our fault she had forgotten our coffee in the first place. Will not be going back to this location due to this unprofessional rude service, when she’s getting paid to attend customers.

My boyfriend and I went into this McDonald’s and dined in. It took over 20 minutes to get our food despite the fact that they weren’t very busy, according to google. Certainly the inside was nearly empty. Don’t eat here if you’re trying to get a meal quickly.

Gave me the wrong drink and SPOILED CHOCOLATE MILK given with my kids happy meal today at approx. 3:45pm. They also gave me no condiments and it wouldn’t be a big deal if this was the first time. Waited 20MIN for this SMDH
I ordered just a black coffee from here and I got hot chocolate. How do you mess up a one-item order?? Pay attention!!

I avoid this McDonalds. It’s too bad because it’s the closest to my home. The amount of times an item has been forgotten in the drive through is baffling. They make you pull up to wait, as soon as you get to the window, don’t give you at the least your drink, and then make you watch 4-5 cars behind you pass by with their orders.

⚠️Major health issue in the men's bathroom and also false information on the employee cleaning as well. I only came by to use the restroom and to find out the whole toilet seat looked like it never been cleaned in days and no way it could turn out like this upon shift change from today because I know from working in fastfood past experiences and restaurants. Here is proof of the disgusting bathroom area of the toilet how gross it was from top to bottom and even on the floor it had the same stains that I ended up stepping on while needing to use the restroom and couldn't even whipe it off due to heavy stains and that was dry also on the toilet seat. I needed to use the bathroom so bad I had to force myself to go because I really had to go! And used multiple toilet seat covers to sit properly and the trash bin was full and the toilet paper wasnt even put away where it goes and was left as it was and had to even use it also and ended up falling on the floor when using the toilet paper and fell on the gross stains on the floor also. What got me even more upset that one of the employees put the time he or she cleaned it and showing the date and im putting this post review about 20 minutes after leaving and writing this review and the employee had the nerve to put false information on the door cleaning sheet showing the employee didn't care of customers health or others working there also and while using the bathroom but clearly didn't at all cleaned it and didnt do a good job at all and never touched the floor or toilet seat. There needs to be a major retraining of all staff from owner of the company and the bosses and supervisors to strictly retrain everyone so everyone is in the same understanding and re-watch the videos of McDonald's training also like right now and not later!. I take my reviews 100% honest and loyal with truth and proof to the best of my ability when a place sincerely needs to be updated on they reviews to know how the whole company is running and they employees. If anyone else needing to use a restroom and have time to wait to go then speak up and tell management or supervisor or employee to clean what they need to clean so you can go to the restroom.
