Excellent staff, service, and attention to detail.
oday is the first time we eat here. The food is delicious and tastes good, and the service is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable and clean, the seating is comfortable. Overall satisfying. We will definitely come back again tomorrow.

Really great spot! The food at Natranj Indian Bistro was awesome — super flavorful and fresh. Everything we tried tasted homemade and full of spice (in the best way). The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Nice chill vibe inside too. Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants around Laguna Hills — can’t wait to come back!

Buffet, Indian Food!
Buffet for lunch, nice restaurant for dinner. Good find! Very proud of myself. Was missing Indian food a lot. Happy to find this spot.
The lunch buffet is great. The bhindi masala was fabulous. Great vegetarian options. The chicken was nice too. The pakoras were excellent. The only disappointment were the garlic naans and the tea.

Food is the worst.
Everything is sweet.
It is an American restaurant not an Indian.
I should have walked out when I've seen no Indians dining in.

$20 for the lunch buffet that includes garlic naan and drinks plus non veg and veg option. Amazing service and very clean and upscale spot. Amazing find. The waiter was incredible. Good Indian music. Absolutely coming back again!

Restaurantji Recommends
I got married this summer and many venues in Southern California are contracted with natraj for Indian catering. I had the worst experience from the first email exchange with Lisa which I shared with the venue and planner I ignored my instinct. She was rude , condescending, and unprofessional. We were forced to work with them because of my venue who is part of 24carats and the stress and challenges I had with her were constant. 3 months before our wedding (even though we put a deposit down) in one of her many unprofessional emotionally dysregulated email exchanges she threatened to pull out of the wedding. We were eventually able to get out of the contract with them because of how unprofessional and negative my experience was with her and had an amazing experience with another caterer. Even though the food was good I would never ever recommend them because of my experience with Lisa. And the more I spoke with others who’ve worked with her the more validated I felt as this seems to be a pattern of interaction with customers.

Came in pretty late, close to closing, but Samir, Murli Prasad, and Ranzan still greeted us with such good energy and top-notch service. Honestly, my family had a rough night before showing up, but these guys totally turned it around for us. We left full, happy, and in way better spirits. so big shoutout to the staff for that.
Now the food!!! Fire. We got butter chicken, shahi lamb korma, lamb biryani, raita, and mango lassi. That butter chicken was next-level — real tandoori chicken, juicy, no weird smell, and the gravy was crazy good. Garlic naan and butter naan were both super soft and flavorful too.
Definitely coming back. Great vibe, amazing food, and even better people.
Great place to grab a lunch buffet (every day of the week). Service is prompt, friendly and polite. Food is of great quality and the place is clean. Buffet options are plentiful and drinks are included with the buffet.
My recent visit to Natraj Indian Bistro & Bar was an absolute treat, a truly memorable experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a cozy ambiance that set the perfect tone for an evening of delicious Indian cuisine.
I kicked things off with a non-vegetarian appetizer, and it was outstanding. The green sauce offered a delightful kick, spicy without being overwhelming, while the black sauce provided a unique balance of sweetness and heat. Every bite was bursting with flavor, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. I also tried the Taj Mahal beer, which was good, though a tad on the sweeter side for my preference.
A highlight for me was the Butter Chicken and Tandoori Chicken – both were incredibly rich, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful. The buffet style offers a great range, with different spice levels to suit all palates, and the Chicken Masala was particularly noteworthy. Don't miss the refreshing mango yogurt drink!
What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. The staff, especially Mr. Ranjan, were incredibly attentive and friendly. Their willingness to explain dishes, particularly for someone less familiar with Indian cuisine, was genuinely appreciated. The team's hospitality made me feel welcomed and well-cared for.
Natraj Indian Bistro & Bar delivers on all fronts: fantastic food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic and delicious Indian food.
