I wish I could give it lower than one star.Been there twice and both times the owner was extremely rude.The first time we went there there wasn't anyone up front so the owner comes from the back and she seats us but she already had an attitude it was like we were bothering her,so we took it that maybe she just had a bad day. So we call the order in for pickup about two weeks later and it was totally wrong. so we mention it to her and she goes off on us arguing that's what we ordered and I felt embarrassed and just paid, Never again will I go there.

this is my second time using this place, the first time was ok even do i was not impressed with the customer service, but today they shocked me with there rude behavior, i will never order from this place ever again, i placed an order and call to see when my food will arrives? and the lady who is the owner she said they are closing and they are not able to deliver my food and , and she was refusing to cancel my order, and refund my money, she was so rude and disrespectful, i never have been treated so badly by a restaurant owner just because i wanted to cancel my order, that she wont deliver, ill never use them again. so disappointed!

My coworkers and I have been to this place 3 times over the last 2 months and will never go again. The first 2 experiences were not impressive but today was the deal breaker.The owner who also plays the role of hostess/server/chef/cashier is extremely rude. Last time she forgot to place our phone order and it took a long time and this time… completely inexcusable behavior from the owner of a business.Our order was wrong, items both incorrect and missing. When the order was picked up apparently there was a huge miscommunication but rather than trying to make things right she continued to become very defensive and argumentative.I went to pick up the missing items (after we had all the food back at work and sorting through it) and after waiting another half hour for food that was just sitting there she was again very argumentative and insisted it wasn’t paid for even though she charged our credits for all of the items. After 2 hours from our order time I just told her to keep the food and left. It was no longer worth the frustration.I will also mention there were 5 others waiting there to pick up their food, some who had called over an hour before and she forgot to put orders in.I understand people being short staffed, busy, etc and I am generally very patient with restaurants but the frustration is definitely not worth the food.

Service was a little slow for a pho restaurant with only 6 other people in the place. The pho wasn't very good unfortunately. We had Pho Ga, Pho Tai, and Com Chien Tom (shrimp fried rice). The broth was bland and oily. I couldn't get it to taste quite right even with hoison sauce. The noodles were soggy and fell apart easily. The meat was over cooked and chewy. My brothers's Com Chien Tom was alright but we found black plastic shards in it (assuming it broke off from cooking utensils). Overall at $14 a bowl, I'd spend a bit more time traveling for cheaper and better vietnamese food.

Great place for authentic Vietnamese food! Cool, fresh decor and delicious food. The owner was onsite working hard to ensure a positive experience. We’ll definitely be back!

went for our first visit last night. when you walk in to this beautiful establishment, it smells amazing! they suggested their most popular items and they were delicious. hubby and I shared. they were very busy, and are a still relatively new establishment, but I could see everyone moving as fast as they could. feel free to wave someone down if you need a refill, or anything. they were happy to do it ?. lots of take out orders going out. they even have an outdoor space to sit. we will be back!

Very friend and grumpy hostess. Stingy with herbs which comes with every order of pho. We ordered 3 and only got one herb plate. When asked for more , she made face and brought us and at the end we saw a $1 extra charge without any communication. What happened to good and welcome customer service. We had to wait half an hour after we finished for someone to acknowledge us. Will never go back.

This place is awesome! I ordered the Oxtail Pho and it was absolutely the best Pho I've ever tried. I forgot to take a photo of the bowl before I ate it but I got the after Pic. The food quality is awesome and the owner is a very nice lady. Too bad she doesn't have a location in Chicago where I'm from. I'll be going back before I leave for home.

Our new place for Pho!!! Love the Pho, chx wings, and curry dishes. So happy that she kept her place open through the pandemic. Short on staffing at the moment but that is to be expected and her food makes this place so worth it.

I'm going to be that guy and say it. Yes I've tried a lot of different pho places. I mean alot easily over 100 different shops. And by far this place is on my top 3 hands down. Been coming here at least once a week! We love it here Amy the owner is amazing!
