The staff, especially Olga Renata and Saúl, were very friendly. It was our first time here, and the truth is that the sandwiches, the chicken, and everything else are delicious and have a great flavor :)

I order a shrimp salad bowl with fried pita chips, fatoosh and tebbouleh every Tuesday and Friday and enjoy the quick service and wonderful staff. They are most helpful and greet me with a hello each time I come. Highly recommend this freshly made food and delicious seasoning.

Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian if you dont select the kabobs. The fatoosh and tabbouleh is delicious and lentil soup is delicious.

Dietary restrictions: you can custom your desired food

Parking: usually part in front

Kid-friendliness: Food comes quickly to settle your little ones energy.

Wheelchair accessibility: yes, if someone holds the door open.

I absolutely love Pita Pita! My go-to order is the tomato herb chicken kabob with roasted potatoes and ravioli topped with the spicy cilantro dressing and some garlic sauce. This combination is so flavorful and satisfying every single time! A big thank you to Rosario, the amazing manager, who is always so kind, cheerful, and attentive, ensuring everything is perfect. Truly an outstanding experience every visit!

I enjoyed pita pita when I discovered this place around 6-7 years ago, but it seems like it's always changing every time I come visit.

When I first came to this location, they used to make the food in front of you while you ordered. Next thing you know, they got rid of that system, and now you order at the register and wait for your food. Then, the pitas got changed to a pita wrap wrapped in aluminum. Now they had me picking the aluminum shavings off my pita from when they cut the wrap in half with a knife. Another time, they added chicken sandwiches on the other side of the store. All of a sudden, they weren't accepting American currency after the pandemic. Menu got changed several times and also prices. I understand the pricing part to keep up float, but now I feel like I'm paying more for less food. It's nice to see that they went back to pita pocket and this time wrap in paper, but for $15, it doesn't come with potato chips anymore. Just a pita with hardly any tzatziki sauce in it.

It seems like they are still trying to find their identity with all these changes even though they have been in business at this location for a long time now. Hopefully, they can get it together with better pricing and portions or at least have promotions. And also start accepting American currency again. After all, we are in the United States. You might as well accept crypto currency since you want your customers to pay in digital currency....

We came in here November 2024. The menu items looked delicious. We ordered our food and came time to pay, they would not accept American currency(cash). Covid is over. Why would you deny service to a person/people with cash? I told the cashier we have exact amount and don’t need change. Although we had the means to pay with a card we went and ate somewhere else. No other restaurants or coffee shops we visited locally had issues accepting legal American currency in fact the coffee shops we visited every morning in Laguna Beach during our trip gave a small discount for cash payments.

Love everything…..but……I’d love to see you guys move away from plastic plates, cups and straws. Is there a way to shift to sustainable materials and away from single use plastics? Would love to see you move in this direction.

Very expensive and the truth is the cats are not that good, they are very dry and nothing to see. They don't have options for children. The people who served were very friendly, the place is nice but quite expensive for what it is. I'm not coming back

Food is good, unfortunately you can not get to enjoy the food because the service is horrible and very inconsistent. Tried ordering for a child and they refused to put SIDES on the side… 1 time you go and hear no problem… next 2 times you hear we can’t do that…. They lose nothing, it costs them nothing and then they are super rude about it… tried many times, will never return! Go to DonerG down the street…. WAY better service!!
