I tried this Pizza Hut for the first time. Anthony was the cashier. When I arrived, there was a party of young teens having fun and I noticed Anthony looking tired, but he was still attentive. He finished ringing them up and When it was my turn, I let him know I placed my online order and it was ready for pick-up.
Out of all the times I’ve ordered from a pizza place, I’ve NEVER had the cashier show me my pizza before picking it up to make sure it was correct. Anthony put the pizza on the counter, opened the box, showed it to me first and said, “Making sure this was your accurate order” and when he showed me my food, my mouth watered!
I thought this act of Customer Service should be recognized. Again, I’ve ordered a lot of pizza! But I’ve never had that little extra touch of, “Just making sure this was right for you.” Feeling.
Thank you, Anthony, for providing me that blessing and thank you Pizza Hut!
By the way, the Meat Lover’s Pizza with thin crust! 4/5!!! 👍🏼✨

I picked up a pizza a few months ago. I had a pizza review for another place today and felt like I should review Pizza Hut too. Because I like both and most pizza places. I took out a study crust Hawaiian with jalapeños and it was delicious. Thanks for 5 months ago.

I just picked up a carryout order and had to write a review to say the young man behind the counter was wonderful. He greeted me when I came in, went through my order with me to ensure there were no mistakes and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Give him a raise!

Awesome delivery experience. Food came fresh and on time, even in the rain. Both the custom stuff crust pizza and boneless chicken wings today were delicious. Overall great experience always carrying out or getting delivery with these folks.
I did not ask for a original pan peperoni pizza for my syster birthday night,they delivered a crusted cheese pizza instead that we could not eat it and hate the taste,when I contact the manager at the laguna hills to share with them the issue,they hand down the phone to listen to recorded voice and did not reach out to us ,these attitude is rude and not acceptable by consumer,I donot recommend it at all to order from this branch unfortunately

Ordered two LOVERS pizzas. Very scant toppings, especially for the “lovers specialty” pizza. Minimal sauce and cheese also. The Newport Beach Pizza Hut is great pizza , which I order for work often.
