Waited over an hour for our order. Worker decided to tell us their crepe mix wasn’t good after we waited the hour and after I asked her if they would be ready soon and I was told “they will be right out”. Started making other peoples orders that came in after us before making ours. Waited until another worker came in to tell us the crepe mix didn’t work. I am not one to complain but this was ridiculous. I understand that it was busy in there but we were there first and our orders should have finished first. We were brining ice cream to our family and it was all melted to liquid when we got back home. Only got a refund for crepes that weren’t made, but after waiting an hour for them to tell us they couldn’t make the crepes our ice cream was completely melted.

There was a blonde girl working she was very rude. I have never been here before. I was trying to ask questions and she was no responding and ignoring me. I did not appreciate the service. It made me feel less of myself.

A lot of sugar. Typical ice is made from milk and fruits. Here they use some syrups so you don’t taste milk or fruits

This is quite tasty! Everything is made to order, one at a time and quite a bit of work. I got the banana Nutella and my daughter got mint chip. Very good!

I absolutely love this place but only having one person working is FOUL. my man has not had ANY breaks with about 12 orders to do. He is doing great and needs a raise and maybe someone to help him out??

We went to this ice cream shop because it looked incredible from the pictures and wanted to try the novelty of rolled ice cream. The place looks amazing and has lots of tasty-looking options. So we really wanted to try it! This lasted until it came to ordering. $7.50 for a SMALL ice cream is an insane amount of money given that it’s smaller than one scoop at other ice cream shops that are half the price. Then, the wait time. We waited for 20 minutes for our ice cream, which is a long wait time. Then, the taste. The taste of the ice cream is just… okay. It’s nothing special at all. My cheesecake ice cream tasted only like strawberry; there was nothing cheesecake about it. And was not worth $7.50. Yes, the presentation looks absolutely beautiful! However! I wish the taste was good as well, which it wasn’t. For a novelty, trying it once was worth it. But we won’t be going back, sadly.

Ice cream took almost 15 mins even though there was only 1 group before us. Lots of fun entertainment-giant connect 4, foosball table, claw machine and mini pool table. All the booth had games on the tables as well. Ice cream was decent but pretty pricey.I won a claw machine for the first time, so I’m happy.

Such a cute place and loved playing the games with my family. But if you’re looking for a place to get quick yummy treat you better order beforehand or go somewhere else. It takes quite a bit longer than normal ice cream…but if you have time and you’re looking for a fun experience this is the place for you!!
