Scratch Bakery Cafe

This place has become one of my favorites. I love the muffins and the cream puffs the most for take home. All food items are tasty and the staff go above and beyond to make customers happy, which is not easy especially with a very demanding eater like me who makes a lot of modifications in my orders. We had breakfast here yesterday and I just want to say that I received one of the best customer service I ever did in a restaurant.

Best place for coffee, dessert, scones, and sandwiches. I’m GF and they have delicious sandwich and pastry options. Been going for years and will continue!

Saturday morning, Coffee was average and focaccia was okay not very fluffy and fresh. Friendly staff and casual setting to grab a seat outside and enjoy the sun or shade.
It’s good if they add more pastries and coca powder to self service bar

Terrible coffee. I couldn't drink more than a sip of my paler-than-the-moonlight iced latte. Besides that, the sandwich we got was pretty good, and I could tell they used homemade bread. Their pastries seem really good too!

There's a good variety of gluten-free options. I ordered breakfast sandwich on gluten-free bread, gf cookie, dolce de Leche cheesecake, and a lavender milke tea.

Let me just start by saying it was all so good that I have been watching for reaction signs because I can't believe it didn't have gluten. None appeared!

The bread was good not even just on the gluten-free scale. It's good even on the regular bread scale. The cheesecake was sweet but not a sharp sweetness. It was more of a rounded caramelized sweet. The tea was light in flavor. The taste of the lavender was perfect when I first got it but did water down a little once the ice melted. Still refreshing!

The service was one of the best I've ever had! Every single person was so bubbly, open, and easy to talk to. Knowledgable staff who knew when to defer to expertice on what items were gluten-free. My body appreciates them not trying to guess off the top of their head/memory as to what items would cause me pain.

The ambiance is comforting ?My cheeks hurt after I left this place!

Scratch has excellent bakery products, tasty breakfast sandwiches and good service all at a fair price. I have yet to have lunch there so I have not provided an evaluation of their lunch fare. Service is quick and efficient with pleasant servers.

Our company has been using Scratch Bakery for years. We use them for our staff quarterly meetings and also for our company parties. They have always exceeded our expectations. The food is delicious, and Michael always makes sure our orders are perfect right down to every detail. He goes above and beyond, and we will continue to use them for all our company events!

Breakfast sandwiches and all baked goods were excellent. The apple tart and mixed berry tart were highlights. Staff on all of our visits have been friendly, efficient and helpful. Outdoor seating with cover was appreciated.
