Ham and cheese croissants are delicious, but the service is consistently poor. Female staff often seem in a bad mood, one young dark-haired gentleman pretends to help then walks away, another young blonde guy ignores customers, and even the manager doesn’t intervene. I’ve seen this happen more than 10 times. Other food is hit or miss—BLTs aren’t great, and salads can be too much or too little. Good pastries, but the rude, inattentive staff really hurt the experience.

First time at this bakery today 10-29-2025 it was amazing the food and atmosphere was perfect all items on display were perfectly placed all employees we encountered were polite and had a positive attitude this will be our go to bakery

This is a great place to get breakfast. It also is very popular and gets busier year after year. I remember going there in the morning and it was not as busy, but through the years I've seen it first hand get more and more busy.

Had the egg florentine and vegetarian burrito with latte and matcha. We couldn't finish our food, the quality was so low. The matcha tasted like soap, was barely green, the foam on the latte was like a soap foam. The matcha was also super sweet, I wasn't asked if I wanted it to be sweetened or not qheb I ordered. The eggs were pale, showing they were the cheapest quality. The burrito tasted bitter, it came in a huge plate with no sides! This was our first and last time here.

I ordered the vegetarian burrito and it was so bitter I couldn’t eat it. My latte had foam, but not the creamy kind, more like soap bubble and it tasted awful. The matcha latte wasn’t even green and just tasted like overly sweetened milk. reallly disappointing overall. would not recommend.

Great service, great food.

Food here is generally pretty good. I am a big fan of their cinnamon rolls and the atmosphere is pretty good. It does get busy on the weekend, especially between the hours of 8 to 11 so prepare for that. The only reason why I am not reading this place higher is because of one of the staff that currently works there. I have not had an unpleasant interaction directly, but I did see this particular staff train a pretty new employee, and she just did not sound very pleasant as a trainer. She called out this new employee in front of the customers, which is generally not good customer service. I understand that new employees should be taught and train, but any negative criticism should be done in private and not when you have a long line of customers on a busy weekend morning.

This place has become one of my favorites. I love the muffins and the cream puffs the most for take home. All food items are tasty and the staff go above and beyond to make customers happy, which is not easy especially with a very demanding eater like me who makes a lot of modifications in my orders. We had breakfast here yesterday and I just want to say that I received one of the best customer service I ever did in a restaurant.

Best place for coffee, dessert, scones, and sandwiches. I’m GF and they have delicious sandwich and pastry options. Been going for years and will continue!
