This food truck is tucked in the same lot as George’s Episcopal Church. Pro tip: map the church so you don’t get lost. There are several eateries in that lot, but don’t get distracted just look for the green food truck and you’ll know you’ve found the right spot!

I came here right after my workout and ordered food to go. OMG, I had no idea the tacos were humongous! They are literally the size of my palm spread out! Jeeesuz!

I ordered three tacos:

Gobernador: I didn’t get to it until the next day, but the shrimp were so big and juicy, and that Chipotle aioli? Pure genius. I could put that on everything!
Octopus: The only one I ate fresh that day and oh my goodness, flavor explosion! The melted cheese, the seasoning, the texture… everything about it is 10/10!
Spicy Shrimp: I accidentally doubled up on shrimp tacos so I saved this one for the next day too, still delicious, still worth it.

Service can take a little while since there’s only one person taking orders and they’re cooking everything fresh in the truck, but trust me , it’s absolutely worth the wait!

Who would’ve thought a little food truck could make such a big impact? Don’t sleep on this hidden gem please come and taste the goodness for yourself!

The Best Seafood Tacos & An Owner Who Cares!
These are hands down the best seafood tacos around. I highly recommend the octopus and the California especial taco, but honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. If you live in the area and haven't tried them, you are truly missing out. The portion sizes are always generous, and it's incredibly affordable for the amazing quality you get.
What really makes this place special, though, is the owner, Guillermo. He is one of the kindest people you'll meet, and you can tell he pours his heart into his cooking. He genuinely cares about his art and the customer experience, often asking for feedback to make sure everything is perfect.
Also, a great tip for anyone with picky eaters: Guillermo makes a mean quesadilla that is a lifesaver for the kids. This is more than just a taco spot; it's a community gem. I can't recommend it enough!

I was a big fan of this place about a year ago. They have very flavorful black ceviche that was spicy and very enjoyable. The prices weren’t too bad $16 at the time. This all made sense and fell in line with what they were offering, ceviche in the parking lot of a church.

Cut to today. The same ceviche now costs $25, lacks flavor and spice and portions are much smaller. They are still in the parking lot of a church but have made a worse product and have asked for more.

It feels greedy at this point, charging more because they serve you dishes instead of paper plates. This feels like a miss. I will take the paper plates, big portions and spicy ceviche over what they are trying to do. They are trying to treat their parking lot food truck like a restaurant and charging those prices for it.

Best of luck to them, but I won’t be back.

On our Anniversary we decided to go to1555 Seafood for dinner. All dressed up and excited we pulled into a church parking lot only to find that 1555 is a stinkin food truck. We were so disappointed!! NOT AGAIN!!

It's not a restaurant like advertised, it's a food truck! I'm sure the food is fine but it wasn't accurately advertised so we ended up leaving. Also just a heads up, the phone number isn't for the business either, it seems like it was someone's personal cell number. Maybe we'll try it another time!

It's a makeshift food stand in a parking lot that's sectioned off on weekends and hosts a couple of food stands, fruit stand etc. I was surprised it wasn't too busy on a Friday evening. The food was tasty, generous portioned, and reasonably priced. We had every taco, paella and aguachile negro. Paella and tacos were great, aguachile was ok. I was expecting more a raw prep vs cooked shrimp but maybe that's not possible with the limited popup kitchen. Service was great, our server was so nice. Would go back.
