Incredibly rude and unwelcoming employee did not get her name but she was a tall brunette with curly hair and she looked pretty young but she just had a really mean attitude and seemed pretty annoyed even though we only ordered a sandwich.

I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru of this Starbucks, where I was helped by an employee named Jonas. From the start, he was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Not only did he get my order wrong, but when I politely asked for it to be corrected, he responded with a visibly angry and emotionally frustrated attitude. It made the whole interaction very uncomfortable. Mistakes happen, but there's no excuse for treating customers with such hostility. I hope management addresses this behavior, as it really affected my impression of this location.

What makes this location stand out from all the other Starbucks, is the staff. The line moves quickly, so they are super efficient, but more importantly they are so kind. Always friendly, recognize regulars saying its nice to see you again, and just their overall demeanor makes you want to come back. There is another location on my route, so this one is slightly out of the way to my office, but I go here because it is just so welcoming and brings a little joy to my morning routine. Thank you!

I flew Dec (22nd?) Spent a chunk of change on a Venti Americano with cream in DFW airport. When I finally took a sip in the terminal after rushing to wait, it was clear; not only was there no cream, it was just dirty hot water weaker than tea. A generous holiday tip and airport price for undrinkable blather. And, American Airlines did not even have service on the flight. On the way to my Mom's from SNA, we stopped at this store. Clearly, they owed me nothing. But the young lady with short brightly colored hair made it right, and with a gracious attitude. Very belated but grateful thank you. Bless you!

I ordered an espresso via mobile order, and used the drive through. I strongly feel my drink was tampered with in an unsanitary way. The drink smelled horrible, it smelled fishy. I threw it away immediately. Please use caution at this location. I have already submitted a comment on the Starbucks website but again I strongly recommend watching the baristas at this location make your order.

All the people work here are really nice and it's always clean. I am grateful to have a Starbuck near me that close late. I am a regular customer at this Starbuck.

However, there is a old gentleman who are here everyday and he smells REALLY AWFUL. It smells like someone haven't shower for at least a few months. The entire seating area is full of a bad smell ALL THE TIME. Becuase of the setting of this Starbuck, the baristas are really far from the seatting area and they cannot smell anything. But it's really really bad. I have seen the barista commmunicated with this old gentleman in the past but it still smells really really bad. I geniuely hope someone in this Starbuck can solve this issue in a respectful way, I will put this in my 2025 wishlist. This is the only Starbuck close to me and run till 10pm, I love to come here so much so I really really hope it can be improved.
