Today we held a Christmas toy giveaway for the needy at my church and ordered three Cambros, two hot water and one coffee along with several travelers.
We ended up having over 900 people come to the toy giveaway, and needed more water and coffee. Mason and his team were fantastic in accommodating our needs last minute.
Their positive attitude and willingness to help went above and beyond. I highly recommend this Starbucks, and the example set by Mason. He radiates joy, and is an amazing example of exemplary customer service.

Really bad wors customer service i had to wIait more than 20 minutes for a coffe by the time i got my coffe my pastryt was gone :( no sence of urgency at all from the Girls working there they had a really sad face not happy at all no thank you at the end š
I had the worst caramel frappuccino here ā it wasnāt sweet at all, just tasted like milk and ice! I wish I couldāve returned it, but I had appointments and was in a hurry.

My Work is very close to the Starbucks so I go to the Starbucks. Iāve been having really bad service there three times Iāve gone and they have given me the wrong drinks the wrong size and they seem really too busy and impatient. I told him that it was the wrong drink. They grabbed it and threw it down the sink Very rudely and again I went today and I wanted to scan for my points and she said oh sorry I already did it. You have to come in and bring your receipt and get your points through there. I canāt give them to you now. I told her that was not right that she needed to wait and not be so impatient And Let me scan my points. Then she told me that well you can bring in your receipt and then she threw away my receipt and I told her can I please have my receipt and she said OK and then she gave me my receipt which I was. I was not happy because now I have to go come back and go into the store just to get my points that I wanted

I Oder a pumpkin spice latte and got a blonde vanilla latte last week.. I thought I would give them a second chance and Oder uber eats from this store and I Oder a pumpkin spice latte once again and got a strawberry blend lemonade with a whole different name.
just another location that wastes bags and paper and cardboard all for delivery orders, which gives the drinks a chance to spill over in my car & make a mess all over the place

Incredibly rude and unwelcoming employee did not get her name but she was a tall brunette with curly hair and she looked pretty young but she just had a really mean attitude and seemed pretty annoyed even though we only ordered a sandwich.

I was at the Starbucks yesterday and had a great experience. It was a great place for me to work. The drinks were amazing. I had a decaf mocha and later on green tea, strawberry aƧai it was amazing. People were very friendly and kind. This one lady especially was just super sweet. At one point I totally forgot that I ordered a drink and she walked the drink over to my table because she remembered my name from my order earlier in the morning. She was very kind and wonderful. Feels amazing when you have good people working at your favorite cafƩ.
