The one and only table outside continues to be dirty as is the floor under it. Grease and crumbs. I took my Sub down to a table at Reborn Coffee where they have multiple outdoor tables which they always manage to keep clean.The aforementioned dirty table was still dirty an hour later when I returned to check on it. There were 2 customers the first time and 2 customers the 2nd time. The sandwich "artist" was not to busy to clean the table.At least the food--which I had to eat at the neighbor's table--was good.Despite the above probs, I tried to tip the Artist, but their swipe machine no longer allows u to add a tip so the Artist gets screwed (because no one carries around cash anymore).

I took my mom there two days ago so she could get her favorite, the cold cut combo sandwich. My experience was made to be a wonderfully positive one, all due to the young man behind the counter who was also the sandwich artist who put my mom's sandwich together. Eric is a young man around 20, but his demeanor and customer service by far exceed that of his cohorts. At the time that our youth cannot even pried away from their mobile devices and Tic Toc, Eric was handling the store all by himself ( Hey Subway, this kid is upper management material, allow him to grow). The place was clean, and Eric was friendly and welcoming. He followed my mother's extra demanding and detailed order to take out the inside of the bread before making the sandwhich and cutting it into 4 pieces, and so on. Eric followed my mom's requests with a pleasant and kind attitude. Basically, Eric turned an ordinary visit to the local Subway into an extraordinary experience at the local Subway. Thank you for being kind and patient with my mother, Eric. I wish you the best, young man.!

We ordered 1 food and 0 beverage items from Subway Store #18967 on 2022-08-23. Observations / Recommendations: + The food was excellent. + The order was accurate. - Please consider asking customers if they want bags, napkins, and other extras rather than automatically including them. ~ It's nice that you have a recycling bin for recyclables however it's not clear which products are to be recycled. Is the plastic bag recyclable? Please consider adding a sign for customers to see specifically which of the waste products your store produces are to be separated for recycling. In addition to the food itself we automatically received the following: * 1 Sticker. * 1 plastic bag. * 1 paper sandwich wrapper. * 1 paper receipt. * 2 paper napkins.

I was served by the man who looked very up set at the shop today which was okayed with me but he was not wearing the mask, he was wearing disposable gloves while he is preparing sandwich, open thecash register and counting the money. He never dispose uesd gloves for threecoustmers including me. I could not believe my eye what I saw this evening at the shop. I paid $7.26 for my sandwich but I couldn't eat it but I put in my garbage can. I went to buy my sandwiches couple of times but when I saw this unhealthy way to prepare the foods, I would not go back again. He should go back his sanitation class. I'm a manager for event venues in Laguna Beach. After trying to place a catering order online and failing because it was after the cut off, I went to the Laguna Woods location. I needed to get food last minute for my staff, and knew that Subway would be a really good and really yummy option for them - so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask in person if I could do a big order. Special shout out to Bruce - the district manager, and Yvonne who took care of me today. Both were incredibly sweet and gave such great suggestions. Yvonne was EXTREMELY helpful, and made sure everything was packaged perfectly with labels on each sub (since we did a variety), and made sure my giant order was ready for the travel back to the venue. She's so personable, so calm, a sweetheart, and really quick at putting subs together! Also thank you to the gentleman that was working and helped finish the order and bring it to my car! I highly recommend seeing Yvonne for all your sand which needs! Thank you so much, my staff loved it! I wanted to take a photo of everything but they already started digging in haha

My friends and I eat here sometimes after golf. The service is good and quick. The staff are very friendly and pay great attention to your order to insure it is correct. Even though there might be a line of 10 people, the wait is handled with a minimum because they are so organized. If you order a heated sandwich, you're told to wait, and they'll call you when your order is ready in order to move the line along quickly. The ingredients are always fresh, and the sandwiches are great. If you want good service and good food, then this is the place to try. We have not gone for a while since we look for more seating outside due to COVID. When we went, the inside was kept very clean and constantly, someone would go around and clean all the tables. I like when someone leaves a tip, the casher sounds off, "Student Fund" or something like that.

I'm giving the subway a three-star because they have a door that at one point was bathroom access but closed it down for covid and still has not opened it. I'm not sure that it is legal to not have a public restroom and a place for eating. We need to use restrooms and wash our hands before we eat!

Bad business and customer service here. I needed to wash my hands before I eat and they didn't let me use their restroom. They spoke to me in a very bad manner too. The workers (one male and one female) were young and had an attitude problem. I told them I will just take my business else where. I called back and asked if customers are allowed to use the restrooms here? The girl that was giving me an attitude said "yes" but quickly realized it was me calling, and she just hung up on me. Going to report this to their corporate. I eat at Subway a lot and am not these two employees bad behavior stop me from going to Subway just this particular one. Never going here again.

Something very strange going on here! Ordered a sub; guy who appeared to be under the influence put the meat and cheese on it, put it in and out of the oven, stuck it in a bag and collected the money. No greens were offered at all; he was talking 90 miles and hour bout what I'm not sure...get a grip folks, this is not acceptable but I was not in a position to argue.

Got both sandwiches completely wrong.Paid for avocado- none was on.Added cucumber and tomatoes when it was not specified to. (Mother is allergic to tomatoes)Did not add any extra sauces. The one sauce that was given, was only on half the sandwich.No cheese, when specified to.Not toasted, when specified to.No seasonings, when specified to.No olives, onion and cilantro, when specified to.Overall- completely messed up my order.I suggest not ordering pickup, as they won’t listen to a single thing you pay for. Rather go into the store and make sure they do it correctly in front of you.I am not a picky person, and don’t like making messes. But how wrong they got both sandwiches, especially when they added something I didn’t request due to allergy, was not something I could deal with.
