My son loves the new mac and cheese options, so we eat here a lot. The AI drive through always gets the order wrong and cuts me off mid-sentence, so service points are knocked off there. Just let me speak to a person please.
When I inquired about a deal listed on the menu board using AI responses, the answer wasn't helpful, so I had to make a change at the window. However, the associate at the window was quite helpful. Additionally, the flavor of the food didn't seem as robust as it usually does.
Drive thru robot hs never given me trouble. Which is saying a lot. The food is always made quickly, the staff is friendly, and everything tastes great. Especially the chilli. Not a big fan of their shakes. But I think that's more the recipe than this individual restaurant.
