Kid-friendliness: Having a special needs child, I was thrilled when they pulled out the Crayolas and woodys menu/activity sheet for my child to keep her stimulated and busy while her food came out. Amazing service overall.

I love Woody's! Awesome service and great food every time. Unfortunately, this location has a sewer problem that's been going on for more than a year and I can't even eat without smelling the sewer. It's really gross and only getting worse. I hope management will see this and do something about it.

Myself and my entire party liked the food and service. There was an unpleasant aroma by the host stand the entire time we were there. The bathrooms were clean and funnily enough smelled better than the entrance area.

Came in for lunch on a weekday. I never expect the A Team to be working, but I also don’t expect the C Team. I waited by the front door for about 5 minutes. Bryan came up to greet me. He said sorry for the delay and all was well.

I was sat down. Bryan seemed like he was in a rush, so I kept my replies short and polite. I ordered the CA chicken sandwich and a side salad. The bleu cheese dressing was essentially white water. I asked for no tomato on the sandwich, it showed up with tomato. Everything was fine. Basic.

The place has the faint odor of sewage throughout. Overall, not impressed. There’s definitely better places to eat in Laguna.
