Went on a Monday, terrible sewer odor in the restaurant. Asked for a different table and it was better, but plumbing issues need to be addressed before I go back again. Food good, wait staff good.

You gotta tried the fried steak. We had breakfast here yesterday at the famous Woody's Diner. I had not been here in a while, but we stopped here and had lots of fun. I got an Omlette with a fried steak and Orange juice. People are awefully nice here. Nice place right up on the the beach. This could be my go to spot.

Cute little diner, lots of seating, fairly good parking. Food: Meh. Was hoping for fab diner food but this was very mediocre. I had the veggie scramble with home fries, just o.k. Lisa had the chicken fajitas. I have to say the chicken was delicious but the peppwrs onions and beans were very salty. The crowning glory: DESSERT. 10 stars!!! And we didn't share. We each got our own. Lisa had the Brownie sundae, which had a brownie on the bottom with vanilla ice cream and generous hot fudge on top. I had the sundae served in the traditional sundae dish, with layers of vanilla ice cream, caramel, fudge and whipped cream. I would drive back to Laguna just for the dessert. Had a fun time and would go back. But I wouldn't have the scramble.

Good food, great service. Our group enjoyed the loco moco, Belgian waffle with eggs and bacon, 2 egg breakfast with corn beef hash and sourdough toast and the omelette of the day special. The hash was more potatoes than corned beef but had good flavor. We asked for crispy hash browns and they were very crispy. Everything was tasty.

me and my husband drove 45 mins to get to woodys for dinner and they would not let us in because apparently they close at a certain hour but google maps say 2 hours later so to our surprise when we happily tried to walk in and talk with a manager she said they had a paper sign with there "new hours" that always "change"! if your going to get repeat customers at least get your schedule right... what a disappointment ive never had a problem with any other location than this one. for your own sake PICK A NEW RESTAURANT!

First time also to Woody's Diner, I woke up early so I had taste of a good breakfast with a bloody Mary ? so I googled it and there you go Woody's Diner show up I'm Mexican so I had chorizo and eggs delicious you can go wrong with the dish and also some white toast love it ? recommend opens early and serves alcohol I work nights so on my day off this place it's perfect for my work hours

This was our first time at this diner. Let me tell you about this little hidden treasure, the atmosphere was great! Our server Abby made us feel like we were her family. And breakfast was fantastic. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!

First and foremost, the place smells. Old, moldy, dank, and smells like death warmed over. The food's fine and the service is as good as you can expect for an old coffee shop. But for god sakes somebody clean that building with Clorox. I've been going there for lunch for several years and it just smells worse all the time.

Well, tried the Fish and Chips and they were terrible totally wrong batter. Some burnt corn meal batter not light and crisp. So sad. Then only coleslaw or tomato slices for sides. What is that? Then the Shrimp scampi fettuccine was not good. Oh well! Won't ever be back. Maybe there other dishes are good ?
