Chipotle Mexican Grill

Found USED rubber gloves inside of my toddlers food, I’m not even sure how that’s possible. A very serious health and safety violation and when brought to the stores attention, the staff took the glove and said it’d be “investigated”. That’s it. Haven’t heard back and it’s been weeks. No apology, no explanation, no offer to make it right just an Alright. Finding a complete foreign object in your meal is bad enough but to be completely ignored afterward is just straight up disrespect. Wouldnt recommend

Order arrived with cooked spoiled meat. Absolutely disgusting. Even worse, I could not get through to a human no matter how many times I tried calling and negotiating with the AI. I thought they would like to know if they were serving food not just below standard but dangerous as well. The robot kept trying to take my order whenever I mentioned the issue was food related. Lost my appetite and any desire for chipotle moving forward.

Staff was incredibly rude. They got irritated over me asking for a little extra lettuce. Horrible service, will drive further to a different location next time.

Horrible dirty place. Staff just seems miserable, undertrained, and plain rude. Went in tonight and place was filthy. Rice, and beans all over the floor, tables were dirty, and there were 4-5 employees more concerned with socializing than doing their job. The customer service was non existent and they seem to be frustrated with their jobs. The food was cold, tortilla was undercooked, and it was just disgusting to see all the condiments mixed and dirty. Never going back to this particular chipotle.

Rude miserable employees. Came in a few days ago and Asked for my already finished online order. I could see it behind the counter with my name on it. Guy barked angrily wait and proceeded to ignore me and make ten orders ahead of mine. 15 minutes later I got my food from someone else it was ice cold. This place sucks. There employees suck. Do better. Work on your crappy energy it’ll do wonders for your life.

The atmosphere and the food are fine, but if you order delivery through the app and they mix the order up with another order or make it entirely wrong, you can’t have the correct order delivered. You have to submit online and they refund your entree, but not your delivery fee. Had to start all over for dinner and will not order from here again.

Don’t come to this chipotle when this dude is here. He is gonna take your money and give you nothing I asked for double white rice and beans and he gave me half a scoop of everything and he is gonna take all your money for nothing.

I came to pick up the order, said the name of the client, the worker said that he would take care of this order, after me another girl comes up, he tells her the same thing and starts preparing her order and gives it to her within a minute, then starts taking orders from the hall, I repeated again that I came to pick up this order, well, what did he say that he would take care of it, I gave this order in the end after 15 minutes, a very unpleasant experience, either the person is racist towards me or he didn’t care about me because couriers are second class for them, in general, I really hope that the administration will pay attention and sort this out
