One of the best customer service I’ve ever had at this store, i asked for his name but he said you can say the handsome guy in the store :) they are so nice and the food is great, will definitely comeback, thank you so much:)

So I watched YouTuber Santa Cruz he went to a chipotle bought five bowls only one out of five weighed the proper portion of meat. I took mine home also and mine was about half the weight , you guys get you a scale and weigh your meat when you get home they’re ripping everybody off.

Angry girl tonight threw away 1/3 of a burrito after throwing it together and poked a hole, instead of remaking it she threw out all the guacamole and cheese with the tortilla and gave us a small, badly made burrito. The guy made the regular sized one in the pic and it was great. We paid $15 for the small one in this pic! Id like a refund
There were big chunks of steak in my vegetarian bowl and I am allergic to beef.

I asked the girl making burritos if she could change her gloves because she wiped down the whole counter with the ones she had on. She turned around and shook her head at the cook, who also shook his head. Terrible experience. I walked out. Never will be back. It was on 12/12, at around 1:40pm.

Overall I'd say this was a below average experience. Portion was small compared to many past experiences. Store was empty, and it was off peak.

Went here on 11/24, around 240p. Asked for extra servings of everything, and he proceeded to give me the lowest servings of anything ive ever seen. Asked for single serving of chicken and he gave me maybe 10 small bits of countable chicken. By this point it didnt even fill up a fourth of the bowl. I politely asked for a bit more servings and exclaimed my disdain for the portions presented, which was declined. These is the most greedy chipotle portion sizes ive ever seen. If you want chipotle, go to the one in the Aliso Viejo town center. Much more friendly and better portions.

i’ve been ordering from this chipotle for nearly 10 years and I’m sad to say that it’s completely gone downhill in the last year. I come in or online order probably once a week; I don’t know why I keep coming back as this location absolutely smells horrible. The staff is also not friendly or courteous as I would expect of the Chipotle name.
My experience today was probably my worst as I walked in the door to an empty line and stood there, one of the employees walked in and nudge me on the side without even apologizing or asking if he could get by. I’m not sure what happened with management; clearly someone’s not prioritizing their role as the location itself smells like backed-up sewage and the staff itself would be more comfortable purposefully being rude than assisting customers nicely.
I’ve gone through all the reviews on this location recently, and I completely stand by the rest of the comments in which this is a terrible staff and should be ashamed of themselves with how they react.
Also, seriously: how can you go in day-to-day opening up a restaurant when it smells this terrible? Fortunately, I’ve not had significant issues with my orders or food quality, so I’ve shrugged it off for months; after today’s experience, I felt the need to air my issues.

It's sad to see what has happened to this Chipotle. I moved to the area in 2016 and have eaten at this location regularly, but now I wouldn't care if it went out of business. The employees aren't all rude, but the rude ones have begun to outweigh the good ones. The portion sizes are inconsistent, and when you're charging what they charge, that's unacceptable. My last burrito was so small it made me laugh. I'll either go to the other Chipotle on aliso Creek Road or the chronic tacos on Greenfield in the future
