Domino's is a quality maintained, very well managed restaurant/food outlet. I actually personally knew the regional quality control manager and trainer, and learned about the detail processes they follow.
The menu innovation is also very good. And the pricing model and promotions are right on the spot.
Since they introduced the thin crust, we all became a grater fan and made Domino's the goto place for pizza nights, quick gatherings, big BD parties etc. Not consuming too much bread and the carbs, and also the crispness of the think crust pizza is really great. The topping are always fresh. Due to the Corporate quality control you get the same good quality at every location - big plus, will not disappoint you.
The taste is always good, Nice tasty sauce, good quality mozzarella cheese, good toppings.
We livecthe Philly pizza, very nice combination of sliced beef and onion and green peppers on a crispy pie, wonderful.
The reason for my 4 star Food rating is that I think they can reduce the sodium, salt level across the board, the dough, the sauce and the toppings and since all these are good quality you will not lose the taste.
I hope he management reads these reviews. I don't know, may be offer a low salt option on the menu for a while and check out the market traction, 😀

I order infrequently from here but I won't be doing so anymore. This is the second time the tracker shows the pizza as delivered, when it is not. As of writing this (over an hour after the order was placed) I still have no pizza. Save your time, money, (and hunger) and order from somewhere else!

The drivers mark your delivery as delivered which might inconvenience you I called the store and he basically said idk and gave me lies so if they are willing to compromise basic stuff like this I couldn't imagine how the kitchen looks. I spoke with their manager Johnathan and he hung up on me after I'm trying to spend money at their business and he is inconveniencing by giving me an ETA but not being here at said time then marking my order as delivered then dismissing me. Terrible customer service and I'll be seeing who I can contact about this.

This place is terrible. The service is awful. I ordered a pizza, and they delivered the wrong one. When I called to complain, the person who answered was rude and dismissive. All they told me was that the pizza had already been made, so I had to eat it, and it wasn’t their problem. The way they spoke to me was completely disrespectful.

The employees at Domino’s Pizza-LN are always pleasant and welcoming when I arrive. They work hard to keep up with their multiple orders that come in by phone, the app, or in person. Rarely do they get my order wrong and when they do they correct it or offer a solution. My children and I enjoy the simplicity of ordering and picking up our food. Thanks guys (& girls) for your hard work and pleasant attitude ?

Never ever will I get chicken wings from here again. Extremely salty, lots of fatty skin that you can’t eat and they forgot my dipping sauce.

The employees here are always very courteous and polite. The service is excellent and the pizzas are always ready on time. Because of my satisfaction with this location, my pizza intake has increased over the last few months because I can trust that the food will be good, the service will be great, and the employees will be friendly and helpful. Great location.

I recently reviewed this location, after which the owner reached out. I understand small mistakes can be made. That being said they have been spot on since. I appreciate the kindness of the drivers, I only get delivery, staff and, owner. The other night I ordered close to their closing time and my pizzas still came hot and correct. I sincerely appreciate you taking care of me and if anyone reads this "Tip your driver".

I'm a regular customer at Domino's, I always order pizza every week for my boy and this location is his favorite until today, I placed an order online for delivery and never received it. The app says delivered, i called the store and asked they say they handed it to me but I requested a contactless, you can tell they are lying. I'm so disappointed the service and cancelled it. Not even a single apology, very disappointed
