Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt

Online it says they close at 10 PM on Friday and Saturdays, and their store says the same thing on the window. However, when I showed up at 9:10 pm on Friday night the employee working decided to close early. I’m not sure if it was because they weren’t busy or what not but if there are certain set hours online and on the store window they should stay open until they say.

Took my mom for a nice 🍦ice cream treat. I need to add, thats the young lady that was there , this Saturday 10/18 was absolutely nice, attentive and respectful it makes you happy to see customer-service like this. The Yogurt was very good too. 🤗

This was my first time trying this yogurt place. Unlike other yogurt shops, the dispensers are behind the counter, and the staff fills the cup for you. I tried the “Just Chocolate” flavor, and it was delicious! The place was very clean, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.

What can I say. I've been coming here for 20 plus years. They have the creamiest yogurt. People always friendly. It is a staple on my routine stops. Whenever in the mood and when I'm visiting my parents here Golden spoon.

I went to Golden Spoon and tried the Georgia Peach. It didn't have that much of a peach flavour, but was really soft and creamy. I still liked it, and I am excited to try all the others.

delicious little yogurt shop. Stopped in with my family after having lunch. The portions are awesome, i couldnt even finish my small, and we all loved the flavors and toppings. The gentlman running the shop was nice and attentative.

Was really disappointed with how little frozen yogurt they fill the cups with here. I’m not even talking about how high they fill but rather the actual amount in the cup. My cup was 1/3 empty around the sides and barely came over the top. I usually go to the mission Viejo location because they are really generous with their portions and totally regretted coming to this location today.

I did not catch his name, but shout out to the guy working on January 1st around 6pm! This guy was so on point, while there was a constant rush, and line of customers. He was very attentive with each of customers. There was a line out the door, and he stayed calm and collective, and did his job well. Good job dude! Keep up the good work :).

The workers (kids) were playing soccer in the store I couldn't even pick up my Uber eates order they told me they were closed yet are serving customers after I leave and it's 954pm

We used to make a habit to take a nice drive from Laguna woods to this location , have a yogurt and enjoy the day for a moment. We have met the owner twice , very nice caring person that invested a great deal to open this place . Lately , sometimes we see the place being run by young high school that simply don’t give a care . Not all of them but a couple.Last night were were there and the place was filthy . Floors were awful and we simple loss our apetite .The week before , there were 3-4 student friends gathering in the córner playing loud wild music.I am writing this with the hope the owner finds out and manage to take care of this mess before he looses his investments,Other than that , I think it’s a great place that we used to enjoy
