Experience was fine until my brother tried to go inside to get me a lid for my ice cream. The woman mopping the floor made eye contact with my brother as he asked for a cover through the door. She mouthed "we're closed" and wouldn't let him in. Awful way to end the first experience for new customers. Don't recommend.

I did not catch his name, but shout out to the guy working on January 1st around 6pm! This guy was so on point, while there was a constant rush, and line of customers. He was very attentive with each of customers. There was a line out the door, and he stayed calm and collective, and did his job well. Good job dude! Keep up the good work :).

Excellent service! The young lady in the front was attentive, friendly, and experienced! The store was clean and welcoming and there was plenty of seating available, I definitely recommend this place!

Golden Spoon in Laguna Niguel-Dana Point is definitely the absolute best place to go for a perfect dessert, which can also be a snack or even an awesome lunch or dinner! Their Froyo is always perfectly frosty & frozen and not soft and melted like so many other places can be. Their flavors are the best selection, and their toppings are very impressive. The store itself is clean with friendly employees serving up the most delicious cups of yogurt. Their prices are much better than any other yogurt shops I've been to. You'll be glad you went there. Every child I see coming out of there has a huge smile on their face! You can join their rewards program and get free yogurt often if you are a frequent customer who goes in a couple times a week. Enjoy!

Ok the worst rip off! I used to get a quart they never get the air bubbles out so you're left with literally 2.5 cups of yogurt!, then they push the tip option. Yeah store bought ice cream is sounding much better. Sad another business gone down the covid drain.

I have been going to this location about once a month for many years when I visit a relative. We have also had many family gatherings there when people are in town, and given them A LOT of business. It has always been pricier and smaller portions than any other location that I've gone to. Though I've been tempted to complain, I never have up until this last time, because I know the rent is higher there. A new, young employee gave me an incredibly small cone and when I mentioned it, he argued with me that he knows how to make cones better than I do, though I'm 3x his age, worked in yogurt when I was young, and have eaten it forever. I talked to the owner, who was gracious and apologetic, saying he would comp me a cone when I came in next. However, when I did come in, he told me I complained too much. I shouldn't have answered when he asked where I live and which location I go to, because he took that opportunity to berate the other owner, saying that he doesn't care about money. Everything is more expensive right now and everyone is struggling, but all the more reason to please give us our money's worth. I'm sad to leave this location that I have always enjoyed visiting.
