If you want oatmeal don't bother stopping. The last 4 times they didn't have it. First excuse was "I'm not even supposed to be here so I didn't make it." Second was "we don't have any" I said "oh so you're out?" "no we just don't have oatmeal". Clearly it''s listed on menu board. Third, "we don't have any cups to put it in." "So you have oatmeal, but no cups?", "Yes." Fourth was just a flat NO!!

I have had several bad experiences here and have not taken the time to write a review but today is the day. First, they had samples of oatmeal and the girl Working said it was $1.99, the sign said $2.99 and I still ordered and then it rang up for $3.99. I said something about the price discrepancy and the person ringing me up said the price on the sign had not yet been updated. Most reputable establishments would honor the advertised price. Today I placed my order for four medium smoothies. My drinks were prepared and there was a good amount still left in the blender. I asked for the reminder and Alexander told me no that I could not have it unless I paid for protein powder as an add in. I asked her if she was going to just throw it away and she said yes! I then asked her to at least fill my smoothies up to the top and her response was, "are you serious right now it's going to burst." She was extremely rude. If this is how this Jamba Juice is being run and this is what the owners of this location are telling their employees to do then shame on them! We have been to this location several times, we live in Brea and go to the Anaheim Hills and Brea location weekly and they always give us any extra smoothie that is made. I paid $37 for four smoothies and to turn around and throw away the remainder is simply wasteful and rude. My son plays baseball at the school near by and we come here weekly. This location has lost our business and I will be sure to make their poor customer service known to every person that I cross at every establishment, school and baseball field.

This was soup the whole way through. Not worth the $10. I get smoothie bowls from other Jambas and they are not like this. I wanted to ask for a refund because it was so bad but I was too nervous.Edit: I reached out to the Jamba support like the Jamba commenter said and they never got back to me.

This place is great, but only having 1 personal working during lunch time is unacceptable, we had people walked out because the line was long.My kids favorite flavor is the strawberry wild. I like the Mango a-go-go. I will try the booster next time.

It was soup the whole way through. I have been to many Jamba Juices and this is the only place that makes their smoothie bowls like soup. I wish I could have gone in there to get a refund because it was really bad for $10... but I was too nervous to ask.

It’s been awhile since we stopped at a Jamba Juice. Our smoothies were really good- mango and aloha pineapple plus an açaí smoothie. Yum!

Local, tasty and healthy?

açaí antioxidant was everything but acai! what a scam! why you gotta say something that it clearly doesn't have. we pre ordered waffle parfaits 15 minutes before arrival and it still took over 20 minutes for it to get ready (20 minutes of waiting in the store plus the 15 minutes they had time to make it ready) when clearly pre ordering is to go in pick it up and leave when you don't got time. and also let me add that it was 20 dollars for the most bland tasting waffle parfait ever. so not worth it. now just noticed there are plenty of people that have left 1 star reviews and no one has even gotten back to them!! GREAT customer service

I was very disappointed to see that the "açai super antioxidant" has absolutely no acai in it, but it has some kind of grape concentrate. That makes it neither açai nor antitoxin, which means that this is completely false advertising. When I told young lady taking the order, she was rude to me and told me " do you wanna order something or not?"

This is one of the worst Jamba locations - I get Jamba 4x a week. I even buy cases of their breakfast sandwiches to cook at home some days. & this location is the worst of the worst. the people are nice but very "out to lunch" they don't blend the smoothies all the way, & they either over cook the sandwiches to where they are hard and burnt or undercooked and still frozen in the center. I have ordered online a few times and they have been closed. The manager said I was on the list for a free item due to this and I have been in several times and asked and the very young and rude staff has not a clue what I'm referring too. Today I stopped in and it seems Jamba Juice has changed (3 years late) to paper straws. And I asked if they had any plastic because drinking a smoothie with a paper straw will not work. I told the girl working their i know it's not her fault and that corporate makes these decisions but she must understand how limp the straws get. They had a huge stack of plastic straws on the counter I was looking at and the young girl said "no we don't have any we are trying to protect the environment" i pointed to the ones laying on the counter and she said "I guess you can have one but they're for kids only" I informed her the cutting down of trees to produce paper straws isn't necessarily better than plastic for the environment. And also, how are they helping the environment if kids allowed to have plastic but adults aren't. That serves no purpose. Between the low food quality and lack of customer service to have the ability to make good smoothies and toast sandwiches. I will not be frequenting this location anymore.
