Always friendly here, never once have I had a bad experience at this location. I've been coming here since they opened this location. Only a couple of times has my order been wrong, and they've never given me any trouble. I always get an apology and ongoing friendly service! I don't even bother with other locations unless I'm TOO far from Greenfield. Happy great employees come from great happy bosses...kudos to all the staff here over the years!

We ordered online, but forgot to select the bread type. We called in and the staff took care of us, got us the rosemary parmesan bread we wanted. It was during rush hour and they still took the time. We Appreciate it! Thank You!

The service so nice I love it when I go there

I've been to my fair share of Jersey Mike's stores and I have to say that the employees who work here really take their work seriously and make great sandwiches. I don't want to jinx it, but I have not had one bad experience at this location. They always get my customization accurate and make a hearty and full sandwich and don't skimp on the meats, cheeses or condiments. This is not the closest location to my home and job, but it's worth the extra few miles I have to travel.

Great attentive staff eager to assist and please their customers. Food was fresh and delicious.

love coming here but man the workers are so rude. as i was ordering my food the guy taking my order just seemed like i was taking up his precious time… not a good experience at all.

There were 4 younger adults here working today and they provided such great service, thank you! I hope your manager sees this and recognizes you! You were all so nice and got the job done quickly! Thank you!!
