love coming here but man the workers are so rude. as i was ordering my food the guy taking my order just seemed like i was taking up his precious time… not a good experience at all.

There were 4 younger adults here working today and they provided such great service, thank you! I hope your manager sees this and recognizes you! You were all so nice and got the job done quickly! Thank you!!

I eat frequently at this Jersey Mike's but it isn't the only one I visit. That being said, this store contains some of the best trained team members I have seen out of several locations. In fact, for those of you who can relate, the speed and ease at which these champions of sandwich magic are able to turn out such high quality products is amazing. I would compare it to a finely tuned infield of a baseball team. These guys absolutely KILL IT when it comes to customer service!! It's why I eat there so much!!Great quality sandwiches, incredibly fast service, clean establishment and excellent customer experience with service all the way around!! I can tell that the effects of a solid management team makes this place rock!!
