I couldn’t eat the fries. Most of them had dark or greenish ends, which is usually a sign of poor quality or old potatoes. It didn’t look safe or appetizing at all. Really disappointing.

I just went through the drive thru, and my order was all wrong. They ask me first, what do I want for my two sides, I said mash potatoes and coleslaw for the two orders. I got one order with coleslaw and other order with mash potatoes. I also didn't get the two pieces of chicken only one thigh. Not the best service tonight. I've been there several times, and I hope the service gets better. I'm still hungry!
Customer service is extremely bad. Workers have no patience with customers, are disrespectful and speak to customers like children. There was no line however we were rushed to order. Service worker attempted to cut me off after putting in my first meal before allowing me to ask for my second meal. Our drinks were watered down. (While waiting for our food another car came and the worker spoke to the car behind us the same way)
I live in Spain and I am thinking KFC in the US are the same quality we have in Europe. The crispy is so harder, the taste is not good, the french fries too salty ! And the restaurant smells bad and not clean.
I don't are is going KFC here in California, but the top management need to look what is wrong.
My wife trash the food, and believe me, it's hard for her to trash food .

The food tastes good, it's sad to see such a dirty place, all the tables are dirty, all the chairs are dirty, the bathroom is even covered in cobwebs, the staff stops eating to serve people, however once the people get off, they lie down on the seats.
