I hosted my husband's 65th birthday at Knolls. We had 30 some people and the owner set us up in the lounge area. It was fabulous. Knolls as a lounge area that is done up all cool and hip. It is right off the dance floor so you can see what is going on and hear the band and yet be separated out from the crowd. We decorated the lounge and the owner, Lauren, was so accommodating and helpful. She is very personable. The service was top of the line. the food was great and everyone had such a great time. The band was excellent also and everyone was dancing. Fun was had by all.

We had a reservation so no problem., other than that we arrived a few minutes early and even though the bar was half empty with reserved signs in all the empty spots. After we were seated, I noticed after a half hour, the sets were still empty. I saw customer's come in walk around the bar and then leave. Food was fantastic.
