This place is utter trash. Wrong order every time I come here. Staff barely interacts, not even sure they care because they do not read or check the orders. Public soda machine was terrible every time. I can keep listing things but just do yourself a favor and avoid this Mcdonalds like the plague.

There is definitely something wrong with this particular McDonald’s branch. I’ve been to McDonald’s locations across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East, and I’ve never had any issues. They were always known for their excellent customer service and kid-friendly atmosphere. However, I’ve now had problems at this location on two separate occasions.
The first time, two police officers happened to be in the restaurant ordering food at the same time. They witnessed how my family and I were mistreated by the manager, who discriminated against us.
The second incident happened today when they refused to give us our mobile order, claiming there was a two-order limit per car. My wife and I each had points to redeem, and we wanted to add fries to the order, but both the staff and the manager refused, telling us we had to drive back through the line—despite placing all our orders at the same time. There was only one car behind us, so it wasn’t as if the line was backed up. I even asked them to cancel the fries if it meant avoiding another wait.
When I got to the second window for the rest of my order, they told me they were out of chocolate milk. I asked if I could add another item, and a staff member said yes—until the manager stepped in and told her no. She then told me she couldn’t take my order because she was instructed not to.
The manager’s behavior was unprofessional and showed terrible customer service. My kids love McDonald’s, and we order from them regularly, but after witnessing this, they told me they don’t want to eat there anymore. We’ll likely start ordering from other restaurants or a different McDonald’s location. It’s disappointing to see how much their service has declined—McDonald’s used to be a place that would go above and beyond for customers, even replacing food if someone accidentally spilled it. Now, it feels like they don’t care at all.

When I pay the ridiculously high price for a McCrispy Deluxe, I expect to get a McCrispy Deluxe, not a wet piece of chicken on a burnt bun, with 2 pickle slices and no mayo. The consistently long waits to receive an order and trying to find a parking spot while you wait is not worth it.

I’m always disappointed when I come here. The staff are rude. Food is gross and my order always is wrong. I’ve tried to give them a chance every few months but this last time was the worst. So rude and the food was just horrible. Burger was burnt and fries looked like they were leftovers. I’m done going here. Please don’t waste your time.
