Was never greeted. Shaylee got my order wrong after repeating it to me and imputing it correctly. Staff was rude saying it wasn't them I just ordered wrong even though the receipt had the correct order. Overall bad experience

I still prefer Coffee Bean. Every time I mobile order here they always get my order wrong. The baristas are definitely not as courteous as they can be either. If I didn’t have a gift card for this place, I wouldn’t be buying coffee here.

My home area Peet’s coffee shop, I usually stop by and enjoy drinks here to go. And I like the people work they are very nice and gentle and respect Customer as well. Oneday One ugly Big Black Woman employee serving customer Omg Her manner attitudes like very nasty ugly manners to Customers so shameful. I was shocked and so feel bad. She think here is like getto town. Her Attitudes are like Getto area living. so bad and rude. She better be work in Getto not in here. Very Bad Ugly and Big Shame.
