Peet's Coffee

This is my favorite coffee chain, and the Laguna Niguel store in Ocean Ranch shopping center is my very favorite! They are all so chill and friendly there. Excellent customer service; especially Trish, who is the barista. Peets espresso is by far the best that I have ever found in California.

We arrived this morning at 9 a.m. and our order wasn't ready until 9:30. It's crazy to have to wait 30 minutes for coffee. It ruined my entire morning. Who needs coffee at the cost of such a long wait? It was dismal. Organize your business to meet customer needs, not to be sadistic.

I stopped here today to order a cappuccino. They had some type of order snafu as their printer ran out of paper. The girls making the drinks seemed clueless. The manager came out and fixed the printer. They have a screen also. By the time I got my drink it was so hot I could barely drink it and then realized the milk was burnt. You know how burnt milk tastes? Terrible. I threw the drink out at this point and rode home. I will add that it is not always this way. Maybe this was the weekend service team.

Enjoyed our lattes both coffee and chai. Staff is super friendly and engaging, makes you feel like you’re at home. Relaxing atmosphere and music.

I enjoy Peet's Coffee, and I typically visit the one in Tustin at the corner of Newport and Irvine. While in Laguna Niguel, I stopped by a Peet's for breakfast coffee and was impressed with both the service and the ambiance. The egg and cheese frittata was also quite tasty.
