Their burritos are huge!
Food was delicious, the green sauce for chile verde was spot-on! Tangy and apicy. The salsa for the chips was perfectly delicious. My husband had the breakfast burrito and tsaid it was the best breakfast burrito he's ever had in his life!
Best Mexican food in town. Try the hot Cheeto burrito! It’s really good.
You had me at the coupon but lost me with the food.
I have been coming here for about a year now and I have to say that Primos has the best hard shell tacos that I have had in South Orange County. The service is awesome. Anyone who is looking for an authentic hard shell beef taco should definitely come here and give it a try.
Not a date night place, but the food is good.
This was my second time trying Primos. The first time I went there for breakfast, and ordered a chorizo burrito. It was awful- hardly any egg or chorizo…just a giant spoonful of refried beans. I ate just enough to stop my hunger, and threw the rest away.
Today I thought I’d give them a second chance, and ordered two crispy tacos, one chicken one beef. They were very greasy, and the chicken looked like it was from the worst cuts of chicken. I now have digestive issues from my lunch earlier today.
The service and atmosphere are fine, but the food is subpar, and I will not return. Too bad, as I live very close to them.
Online hours say it opens at 9, posted hours on storefront say it opens at 9. I’m here at 9:15 and the person inside is saying it won’t open for another 30 minutes because there’s no cashier.
NOT ALL is mexican flavor, heck some of it doesnt even have flavor. It's petty americanized mexican food. Well definitely help soothe an appetite. Have had some items in the menu some of it isunflavored and some has some flavor. Regardless, wish them luck in their business.

Delicious! Primos is great if you have a big appetite or if you wanna share a burrito with someone! Highly recommended if you’re in the area. And the service is excellent! They brought us some street corn samples today that were deluxe!!

First and last time here and we’re locals! It already had bad reviews but figured give it a chance but yah never again! Monster burrito filled with nasty rice and costco canned beans with little meat and zero flavor and nothing else! Monster Nachos with literally no cheese filled with rice and beans with little meat. It’s bad like really bad! I hate to write negative reviews but this was awful and will never come back again. Basically bad chipotle minus flavor!

I read online reviews before visiting Primos Mexican Food & Cantina, and I must admit that my experience was completely different from those of others. I've been going there for the last two Wednesdays for their taco special, which is four carnitas for $7. The food and service are excellent, and I especially enjoy the salsa bar.

I'm not going back! Cheese Enchilada had no cheese. I returned it for another, and when I got home, I discovered it had no cheese! My steak quesadia had hard fat bits. The meal was too expensive.
