I was visiting from Salt Lake City, where both Rubio's restaurants had closed, so was so delighted to enjoy their delicious food that I dined there twice in two days. YUM !

This restaurant provides quick service of great Mexican food in a very clean and pleasant environment. I've dined at other Rubio's locations, but this is the nicest one of all, terms of neighborhood location, cleanliness of facility, and quick service.

Vegetarian options: Many Mexican dishes can be served vegetarian, if desired. All you have to do is ask.

Parking: This restaurant is in a large shopping center with lots of parking available.

It's fine for what it is, but at the end of the day it's a fast food joint. Good for a quick lunch, not so good for a romantic getaway.

Dear Ralph Rubio and crew,First of all, thanks for keeping your doors open, and not selling out to the man, and the “fruity” fads so many taco shops do. In other words, thanks for keeping it real.I just had one of your latest tacos, that being Guajillo Lime Shrimp.It was outright righteous!I like how you regularly mix it up and always provide me with a bit of novelty.I’m hoping you’re keeping up with the Baja California latest cuisine and such and will be surfing that wave soon I hope.

Rubios is very consistent. Every time I go I get the same quality of food across all locations. Last night I had the California bowl, which is my go-to, and a salmon Taco. I love their green sauce that's in the squeeze bottles at the salsa bar. I could put that on everything.

Parking: Since there are so many food places in a small space, the parking lot does get crowded but the entire lot is huge so there's always a spot open somewhere
