Today Dec. 14, 2024 was the worst service I've EVER had at the bar. I sat for 39 minutes with an empty water glass, mimosa glass and coffee cup, with zero interaction with wait staff/ baristas. After 39 minutes they placed my check in front of me without asking if I was done or if I wanted anything else, which I did! Was prepared to order food and drinks to go, another mimosa for me. Absolutely unacceptable 😤 my wife and I have been regular customers for years and have never been treated/ignored like this before, will think twice about returning. Very disappointed

Food was good not great. Smaller portions and virtually no condiments. The amount of jam given didn't even coat one slice of bread. Salsas were small. It was bothersome.

Fantastic mimosa and benedicts — and apologies to the wonderful staff who had to deal with my doddering parent

Snooze is on the pricier end of diner breakfast eateries, but I think the prices are fair considering the food quality/taste is elevated from your standard dinner offerings. I've had mostly great experiences at this Laguna Niguel location.
My recommendation: The Classic Snooze, Orange Juice or Bloody Mary, and Cinnamon Roll Pancakes to split with the table.

They are racist and rude to their customers. Management is horrible and raise their voices to their customers. I’ve never been to a restaurant like this in my life.

The Bravocado toast with side salad was a perfect breakfast. Enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. Very upbeat!! Service was impeccable! 💖🌼☀️
Dietary restrictions: There is a Garden omelette which is an option. I saw a tofu scramble too! Also regular classic breakfast dishes and their many Beni’s and cocktails would make a great brunch!!
Parking: It was fine on a Tuesday. Weekends maybe a little challenging. But again worth it to try!!

RACIST WAITERS/WAITRESSES.
This is my second time here at snooze first time went good we had good service and now I’m wondering if it was only because I was with my sister who is light skin toned because this time around I came with my mom and we felt we were treated poorly we got sat at a table that is pretty much broken our server wasn’t trying to attend to us she didn’t check up on us once while we had our food she didn’t offer refills on coffee or drinks it wasn’t until we finished our meal I got a hold of a different waiter and asked them for a refill on my moms coffee , I feel as if this establishment is RACIST idk if that’s the kind of vibes the owner is going for ….. I doubt it since I can see this is clearly a lgbtq accepting environment. The service was a true disappointment as a person of color I won’t be back again and anyone who is a person of color I would stay away from this establishment the food is not that great you could go somewhere else where the food is better and get treated with more respect.
