My family and I really like their food. There are a lot of different menu items and they will customize some of them. It's unfortunate that the servers there are somewhat inconsistent. We've had some really good ones, some really bad ones, and everything in between.

Breakfast drinks and pancakes sing.

i went over here while i was on vacation in orange county and the food there was amazing, we also had a waiter that was super nice and funny. we saw him one last time before i went back home. their hot chocolate, homemade potatoes and bacon were really good.

Today Dec. 14, 2024 was the worst service I've EVER had at the bar. I sat for 39 minutes with an empty water glass, mimosa glass and coffee cup, with zero interaction with wait staff/ baristas. After 39 minutes they placed my check in front of me without asking if I was done or if I wanted anything else, which I did! Was prepared to order food and drinks to go, another mimosa for me. Absolutely unacceptable 😤 my wife and I have been regular customers for years and have never been treated/ignored like this before, will think twice about returning. Very disappointed

Food was good not great. Smaller portions and virtually no condiments. The amount of jam given didn't even coat one slice of bread. Salsas were small. It was bothersome.

Fantastic mimosa and benedicts — and apologies to the wonderful staff who had to deal with my doddering parent

Snooze is on the pricier end of diner breakfast eateries, but I think the prices are fair considering the food quality/taste is elevated from your standard dinner offerings. I've had mostly great experiences at this Laguna Niguel location.

My recommendation: The Classic Snooze, Orange Juice or Bloody Mary, and Cinnamon Roll Pancakes to split with the table.

They are racist and rude to their customers. Management is horrible and raise their voices to their customers. I’ve never been to a restaurant like this in my life.
