As a walk to n customer I'm felt totally ignored. Watch cars in the Drive-Thru. Come and go and it took over 15 minutes to get my order. That's ridiculous.

I went to pick up my drinks and asked the employee if they had drink carriers. The female mid 20s employee with brown hair doesn’t make any eye contact with me and then rudely tells me I need to make sure I say “please”. Poor attitude and customer service. I won’t be back to this location.

I wasn’t going to write a review because this Starbucks has some great people working but there is one or two that has been not only rude also very bossy and an attitude every time…one of them is Bella….every time I walk in to this location and I do almost every day this girl has giving me an attitude and has rolled her eyes at me but I ignored it because there is other that work there that are very nice and professional….a couple months back I ordered and Bella prepared my order was very rude I asked for a carrier for my 3 drinks she rudely said that they don’t give carrier or bags out if it’s under 4 drinks?she was very bossy and rude I answered ok never mind I was super confused because I have been always getting a carrier and bag especially since I make big orders on a daily…this has been stuck in my head how bad I was treated by her and knowing I go to this location every day and leave at least $15-$35…next couple days I spoke to the supervisor didn’t know Bella’s name by then only remembered her having dark brown hair and that she was a little shorter couldn’t even remember her face just knew that there is two girls young with brown shoulder long hair one of them by the way super sweet so I told the supervisor that I wasn’t sure which one of them it was he said he would talk to her which he then said it’s probably Bella he also smirked about her behavior which I indicated that this probably wasn’t even her first time doing to a customer…but he then never followed up with me…after that it has been even worse she gives me an attitude rolls her eyes at me ect until a couple days ago where I finally had enough I walked in she rolled her eyes at me she was supposed to take my order after seeing me she again rolled her eyes at me then left in the back with a mean face and tried calling someone else to take my order super unprofessional and rude…I asked for the manager who I have been known since 4 years from his previous shop..I told him that I don’t expect an apology but she could at least be professional after her treating me very rudely and unprofessional...his answer to this was since the last incident she feels very uncomfortable?I said what incident he said it seemed like you purposely mixed the two girls up because they are both Hispanic??I was shocked not only that I was being blamed by her unprofessional terrible customer service that wasn’t even mentioned now he tried to give all excuses why she had been rude and unprofessional he then said that she had anxiety and that she has been feeling uncomfortable since then ??he also said he will let her know to work on her face expression??like what???..I’m done not going to this location anymore I have been nothing but nice to everyone and this is his unprofessional responds to me and no apology ??? Not only am I half Latina I also suffer from anxiety and ptsd this has never happened to me..I worked in this industry too and customer service and customer satisfaction was extremely important to me..never ever have I been treated like this before..Maddie that works at Starbucks was the only one that showed empathy and apologized for what has happened which it isn’t even her fault but shows how sweet and professional she is but the manager Mohammad didn’t even apologized or offered my money back all he did was trying to blame me for Bella’s unprofessional rude behavior…was the last time I went there this location lost a big customer..but I’m sure they won’t care anyways…this is how you get treated for buying on a daily at Starbucks??
