While I normally drive-thru at this location, I will occasionally stop and go indoors. The staff are friendly & do an excellent job. I'm so lucky so live very close to this Laguna Niguel location.

I truly appreciate how inviting this Starbucks is. The baristas make you feel right at home, and it’s clear they care about their customers. I’ve noticed that even when things get hectic or when disruptive guests come in, the team handles it with patience and professionalism. A great atmosphere thanks to a great staff.

As a walk to n customer I'm felt totally ignored. Watch cars in the Drive-Thru. Come and go and it took over 15 minutes to get my order. That's ridiculous.
