It's still closed and there's no one inside, although it says it opens at 7am

I'm really upset because I came here specifically to eat my Subway early in the morning.

The store hours sign says 7:00 am as it does on Google maps, yet I was there at 7:15 and the store was dark andocked. Waited 10 minutes and nobody showed. Just tell me the hours you're actually open.

Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The manager, Anthony, refused to accept Subway coupons and told me that since the store is a franchise, the owner can make any decision they want. There was no sign posted anywhere to inform customers about this, which feels misleading. On top of that, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. Customers deserve honesty, consistency, and respect, but this location failed on all of those. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend this Subway.

Good food but bread was a bit dry.

A very sullen staff member prefers to ignore questions rather than answer them and does not even allow customers to wash their hands in the restaurant.

Snagged some subway for dinner tonight. To go.Place in Laguna Niguel is clean-tonight it was stocked with the add ons (lettuce pickles cucumbers etc) Was a very easy in & out?

Workers are awesome and food is amazing. It truly tastes really good its just I never see anyone in the resteraunt.

Its cozy but the staff is nice a d it is well kept. All the of stuff for the sandwiches are super fresh. Absolute quality!

I have been eating here for a long time but was disappointed today. They no longer have shredded mozzarella...it's $2 more for "fresh mozzarella" when the old kind was fine. Even brown mustard is gone.Also, the daily specials have been changed to only a combo, so if you don't want chips and a drink there is no option.Normally enjoy my meal here but not today.

Worst Subway ever. Do NOT ever order from this store. The employees are extremely rude and get your order wrong. I eat a subway at least 3 times a week and this store is one you need to skip. There are other Subway stores in the area, so do yourself a favor and skip this store. This store will make you sick.

Ordered on my phone today for pick up this afternoon.... sandwiches were phenomenal!!! I'm sorry i didn't get sandwich makers name, but both of our sandwiches were so delicious, fresh, perfect amount of meat veggies and dressing. LOVE this Laguna Niguel location!! Thank you

I've been coming here for years must be a new owner or they've getting cheap with the serving literally got 6 pieces of spinach on my foot long and since when did they start using shredded cheese instead on sliced cheese? I asked for a toasted sandwich the lady stopped it half way I understand it was busy but still probably won't come back I can see I'm not the only one noticing the difference
