Don't even bother going there, You get coupons and they don't take them when you get there. Don't waste your time.

Customer service in this place is very bad they show their frustration and create a bad atmosphere. and are rude to people. if you ask anything you get a dirty look, no hello or goodbye, the customer service level is really poor . good food but with such bad service the place is really off-putting.watch out!

Wasn't greeted. Was rudely told that I can't use a coupon. That was good I guess because she was about to make a sandwich with the same gloves on that she was on her phone with when I walked in. Not sanitary at all.

Walked in. Waited. Finally, an older black lady (no name tag) came out wearing a mask in August 2024 - BUT the mask is pulled down covering only her mouth. No hello, just stood there and looked at me. She mumbled everything, the mask made it worse, one volume (low) and was impossible to understand, gave me the wrong size sandwhich, as I just gave up trying to communicate....seemed like she really hated her job and I was a bother. Zero passion, moved so slow I wanted to help her; no thank you, hello, bye. No class. Avoid this location or lady. Sorry guys, this deserves a 0.

I went here for a late shift lunch I ordered a bacon chicken sandwich ,as soon as the Indian lady served me this I notice something wrong with the way the chicken looked ! I didn’t want to be rude and I went ahead and tried to fix my sandwich ,the way everything tasted is horrible ! Way different than a usual subway place ! Avoid this place made! It all make senses of why this place way empty ! Wrost sandwich I even had !

This is a general comment to Subway. Why you mail out coupons when any of subways accept them?
Also, the night shift cashier cleaned up the counter with the same gloves which she filled my veggies with. It was disgusting!

After a long days work it’s always great to to see a smiling face even though we all truly know even the workers would rather be home than working but Heba did amazing running shop and acknowledging all her costumers even if we are all super tired but wanna go to the beach to fish for a bit. Heba made sure we well token car of of throughout our whole visit. Amazing listening skills, and what’s most impressive even though it was late and could be tired didn’t show it. Thank you for your positive energy <3

I think that if subway restaurants are going to allow paying customers to be able to add extra ingredients to their sandwiches at No charge the same should be For salads and it’s not right to say to “paying customers “ that if my manager was here today and they saw me meaning the worker add to my salad bowl more ingredients they would tell her that’s enough no more ! as this was told to me by HEBA who was only putting a few ingredients into my salad bowl ??? How stingy and stupid !!it’s not my fault that who ever orders Ingredients for this location in 27311 LA PA in Laguna Niguel ,ca 92677 didn’t order enough and are asking workers to police and not letting them add too much is crazy who dose that ?? there many restaurants that don’t limit and aren’t as “ stingy “I will definitely not be coming back to this location ever!!! I will spend my money elsewhere the sub way headquarters needs to consider doing a suprise visit to see for them shelves if that’s how you treat paying customers .look at the reviews something is happening that’s not right? Just ssying.The images show I had to go through three layers of asking for more spinach , more tomatoes, and still not enough if It was up to H#ba the person waiting on me would have just let me go with about 10 pieces of spinach , three tomato’s , few sprinkles of bell peppers Olives. This location is sooooooo stingy and I have never been told I will do it for you this one time?? What a jokeAnd she didn’t even offer to chop my salad ? no consistency like in other Subway restaurants .they should not be in the hospitality business and take a customer service class .

Super friendly service. The amazing lady behind the counter recommended a sandwich including the extras to put on it, it was great. Super fresh ingredients. Ended up going back the following day to grab it again.
