I think that if subway restaurants are going to allow paying customers to be able to add extra ingredients to their sandwiches at No charge the same should be For salads and it’s not right to say to “paying customers “ that if my manager was here today and they saw me meaning the worker add to my salad bowl more ingredients they would tell her that’s enough no more ! as this was told to me by HEBA who was only putting a few ingredients into my salad bowl ??? How stingy and stupid !!it’s not my fault that who ever orders Ingredients for this location in 27311 LA PA in Laguna Niguel ,ca 92677 didn’t order enough and are asking workers to police and not letting them add too much is crazy who dose that ?? there many restaurants that don’t limit and aren’t as “ stingy “I will definitely not be coming back to this location ever!!! I will spend my money elsewhere the sub way headquarters needs to consider doing a suprise visit to see for them shelves if that’s how you treat paying customers .look at the reviews something is happening that’s not right? Just ssying.The images show I had to go through three layers of asking for more spinach , more tomatoes, and still not enough if It was up to H#ba the person waiting on me would have just let me go with about 10 pieces of spinach , three tomato’s , few sprinkles of bell peppers Olives. This location is sooooooo stingy and I have never been told I will do it for you this one time?? What a jokeAnd she didn’t even offer to chop my salad ? no consistency like in other Subway restaurants .they should not be in the hospitality business and take a customer service class .Vegetarian options: Traditional salad optionsParking: Certain days it could be full but it’s accessible for all no problem ?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes spaces for wheel chairs and ramps ???

Super friendly service. The amazing lady behind the counter recommended a sandwich including the extras to put on it, it was great. Super fresh ingredients. Ended up going back the following day to grab it again.

Got subway coupons in the mail and went to the subway nearest to my house which was this location. And they said their store isn't accepting them. Umm... yeah. Never coming back again. What a joke of an establishment lol

I've noticed the past six months since I've used to Subway it's changed a whole lot and the reason why I say this is because I had worked for subway where the meat in the steak and cheese was Weighed on a scale so that foot-long sandwiches got equal amount of meat. On the sliced meats on the foot-long are usually 6 to 8 slices. But the last time I ordered steak and cheese from the subways the girl just scooped it up by a spoon and then with her finger clipped half of the meat off the sandwich I let it slide this time but we didn't go back for a long time now today I went in with a subway coupon and the subway there does not take any of their coupons. Tell me this when there is so many subways in the area are they hoping customers don't have the energy to go drive to another subways and use the coupon and pay regular price well I didn't. I said thank you very much and now I give my business to the subways on alicia near the Ralph's market who honored my coupon from subway so I was able to get three foot-long's for the 1799 price. I think The Subway on the la Paz Is shooting themselves in the foot by not accepting coupons when there are so many subways in the area that do accept coupons they just lost my business food is costing more and anytime I could save a few bucks for my family I will.
